My brother is doing a Guilty Gear SIGN and REVELATOR fandub, and we need a voice actor to voice Chipp.
All the cast have been cast on Behind The Voice Actors.
Currently the arcade modes, victory quotes and Instant Kills will be dubbed.

He has founded his ow country and wishes to become President of it, however he is naive on how to actually govern a country.
For voice, I'd go for a mid-pitched one.
