Labyrinth (An Original Series)
Project Overview
This is an animation I'm doing that includes ONLY animals, so if that's not the type of thing you're looking for, then stay away from this lol
There are a lot of characters, and I'll have role opportunities for all of them here, but not all of them will have voice acting parts in the first episode! ;w;
Try out for what you think fits the part best! I'll be playing the part as one of the characters, and so will one of my friends, so they will NOT be options here. I have a video uploaded on Youtube about this Casting Call, so you can audition from there or on here! :D
I need a good mic and preferrably no background noises <3
I'm not as strict about the voice acting as I seem. Please relax and just try your best! <3

Malaki is really nervous about things, but sure does know how to survive. uvu
He doesn't have a nervous voice or anything, in fact I always imagined him with a strong voice that's loud so you can hear him yell.
I'll need a good quality microphone for this lil' cutie so you can yell and I won't get the static x3
"It's going to KILL us!"
"Be careful!"
"Dare! Look out for that-"
Breed: Wolf
Z is one of those I'm so cool characters but is actually cool?
IDK but he's also pretty confident so I won't need a nervous voice for this one.
"Yeah, well, to the rest of us it's pretty obvious." *Give me a little chuckle :3*
"You're crazy! That'd never work... Unless.."
"No! Leave it alone!"
Breed: Cat
Jet is also sort of a background character.
The second line isn't what he's mostly like all of the time. Sometimes he gets a little passionate and carried away xD
But, he tries to be the most supportive friend he can be.
"Oh, no! Where's Meghan!?"
"I don't know how I got down here, Shine, but all I know is I'm going to get out, whether or not you're dead OR alive! We need to find Pilot and the others before it's too late, I know that he knows a way out!"
"I know; I went out of control. I'm sorry.."
Breed: Cat
Meghan is more of a background protaganist but she's still an important character to the group and I need a voice for her just as much as I need one for someone like Pilot.
She is always up to help her friends and is trustworthy in all situations. She doesn't like to stand out, but she will do so anyway by accident xD
That's all I really have to say about her!
Sound surprised. "J-Jet? Uh, well, I didn't know!"
"I'd never do anything like that!"
"Um, Z? What's... That?"
Breed: Fox
Pilot is the main protaganist. He isn't like most protaganists though. He is very unsure of himself, anxious all of the time, and he stutters sometimes, so add that whenever you feel like he should stumble over his words.
He acts like Faith's older brother. even though they are not related. He is basically the care-taker over her, so anytime the topic of "Faith" comes up, make is more sensitive and have more nervousness in your voice (Just sound like you care a lot <3).
Pilot can also be quite stiff and strict when needed. He isn't always a scaredy-cat!
Make your voice sounds nervous, have an uncertain tone. "W-What's going on? I thought we were back at the campsite.. Zoe, do you know what this place is?"
Make your voice shaky here. *Add a sigh or a "Phew" type of noise here* "It was all just a dream.." *Pause* "But... It felt so real.."
This should be shouting. Sound anxious! "I can't see anything! Where's Faith!?"
Breed: Cat
Dare is, well, daring and courageous. She will do anything to defend her friends and she is always up in a fight. She has fiery will and passion that make her always fight on. She is also a very independent character, so sometimes it's not clear whether or not she's your friend.
I need a strong, confident voice for Dare. Please sound like you aren't afraid of anything when acting as her.
She's definitely gonna be a fun character to animate AND act as! Good luck!
"Stop worrying so much! I've got this."
"See? Everything's under control. I told you I'd be fine."
"Watch out!"
Breed: Dog
Shine is also a very important character. She's super-duper-overly optimistic! try to sound as happy as possible when voice acting as her. Please also give me a giggle in your audition, your best cute laugh, Shine laughs a lot and we need to make sure that your laugh will fit for her.
She never gets angry. She always sees the silver-lining, etc. Get it?
Have fun with her. That's probably the most important part! :D
Start giggling while talking. Not like girly giggling, but like you're laughing at yourself. When you say "Guys?" Sound uncertain and stop chuckling. "Okay, I'll admit you guys got me this time! You can come out now.." *Pause* "Guys?"
Sound comforting. "You know that Dare can take care of herself. Don't worry about it!"
Try to sound like you just had the best idea ever. EVER. *Gasp* "The amulet!"
Breed: Fox
Carol is like the leader (besides Pilot). She's very strong and wise, and she knows how to keep others safe. If you've seen Fairy Tail, she's basically Erza.
I'd love it if you could add a growl in one of your lines! <3
I'd like a deep, strong voice for this charrie :3
"Stay back! That thing is dangerous."
"I told you it was dangerous! You're lucky you aren't dead."
"Yes, that's a very good idea."
Breed: Cat
I will need a strong voice that can command others but isn't always so commanding that everyone fears him or anything. I know that the details are getting shorter and shorter, but so are the character's importance lol
"We need to find another way out of this tunnel. We just keep hitting dead ends!"
"Where did it come from, I wonder?"
"We have to follow that voice! It'll definitely give us a clue!"
Breed: Cat
Faith is one of those realllllllyyyyyyy timid and shy and scared and anxious characters. I'm hoping the actor for her will have a Fluttershy-type voice (Even if you don't like MLP you should know what her voice sounds like.). But please don't change your voice specifically to sound like Fluttershy!
I also think that Faith is the youngest character in the series, so I'll need a young voice to act as her. But don't hesitate to try out for her if you aren't a child! ;3
Sound nervous. "Are you sure about this?"
Sound exhausted but also be shouting, as if you were climbing a mountain and you are shouting to someone WAY ahead of you. "Where are we going!?"
Sound scared. "H-hello?"
