L.I.E. [Original story adaptation]
Project Overview
Summary:
What if one day you wake up and find out that you've been in a coma for two weeks? And besides that, what if you can't remember anything that happened in the year before?
This happened to Detective Lael Aiken, who struggles every day to find out what really happened since the day he and his teammates left for a mission in a remote island, where apparently there were no rules nor punishments. When he finds out that the whole department has been keeping in touch with a prisoner to help them solving cases without his knowledge, he realizes that there is much more than lies and secrets surrounding him.

- This is the 2/3 part from the story I'm writing, so if you want to audition for this, plese, take that into account!
Requirements and Considerarions:
- Must have Discord.
- Be confortable with swearing, yelling and with sexual themed conversations (there isn't going to be sex scenes per se, so you don't need to worry about it)
- Submit 2/3 takes of your voice
- I care more about acting and creativity than microphone quality (wow a rhyme xD), but a minimum quality is required (noise background and so can be fine as long as you can remove it with Audacity or something else)
- Plese, be committed to this project. I don't ask you to read the full story but as long as your motivated and undertand the character, it's good to me!
- Deadlines are important. I'll be flexible because I undertand it's hard to get in time sometimes, but constant delays will not be approved.
- Have fun! If you aren't selected don't be upset. There will be new characters in the other parts.

Simon is a crazy and pervert guy, but also really smart.
“Hmmm… Edath, you brought ourselves a man or a
woman?” (mocking)
“It’s only natural. Edath. I’m the older here.
Lael probably thought it was me." (mocking) "Plus, the brains are with me.”(screaming / recovering from a jumpscare) “Damn, how many times do I have to tell you to
unmask yourself before appearing right in front of me”(sadness) “Good
job, detective. Yes, that’s true…”
Althouth he is a main character, Nale is mute. Even so, there are some passages when he's "speaking" throught notes and I thought it would be nice to hear his voice anyway.
“Even if I can’t speak, I’ll write it down so I
can communicate with you” (nicely)“You have a good aim. I can also teach you a few
fighting techniques and help you build strength.” (sympathetic)“Why are you going to hit the showers?” (concerned)
I imagine Damon with a medium type voice, but I'm opened to hear new interpretations.
(mocking voice) “Why Brazil, though? Why Brazil, though?!” (normal voice, enthusiastic) “Have you seen those amazing beaches? And can we
talk about the weather? Or just the whole country itself?”(angry) “You lied to us! Is the government behind this?”
(threatning/creepy) “That’s awesome. It will be less work I have to
put up with.”
Martha isn't the feminine type, so I imagine her having a medium to deep voice.
(pretending to be offended, joking) “Oh, why am I out of this trip?”
(sympathetic/trying to sound brave) “Are you nervous? I’m terrified..." (uneasy) "I
have a bad feeling about this mission.”(muttering/annoyed) “Not just you, but apparently even these people
that are helping…”
(realization) “That’s why they always mysteriously die!”
Here you might want to choose to try all the voices or simply some of them. I'm looking for more than a person for these ones)
“Attention please! We will now enter the special cargo ship and there
are some rules and precautions that you should be aware. First…” (authority voice // medium-deep)“If I was you, I wouldn’t do that... now, slowly give me your gun” (threatning; accent prefered for this one)
“I don’t have the answers you need. Now, come
outside at once. You might learn something out there” (teen voice)“We have here a broken
merch. It is tradable. It’s half the price for being broken but it’s a recent
acquisition. We also have more in there. Come to see the other new
merchandise”. (deep voice)“Is it strong? It seems to have some muscles at
least.” (creepy man)
Here you might want to choose to try all the voices or simply some of them. I'm looking for more than a person for these ones but if someone can make different voices that sound like different people I might just choose one
“He seems to be perfect. I want to see him closely, I want to ... Are you okay?” (spoiled teen girl)
“No talking!” (screaming, angry. young adult)
“I’m really sorry… I can’t die right now… but
I’ll promise you I’ll be quick” (despaired, threatning at the end. Adult)
