I'm Erik and I am trying to make a railgun abridged series I have all the voice actresses I need but my Kuroko backed out due to personal issues, so I need a new person to voice her. A description of the characrter is below.

Kuroko is pretty crazy and very disconnected from reality so she gets exicted and loud for a lot of her lines, but if she isn't yelling she is usally very calm, but says a lot of weird and dark thing, but thinks they are completely ordinary. Comedic timing/Tone is very important for this role, so I may ask you to redo lines that would sound funnier if recorded differently.
