Dr. Akari is a no-nonsense person, he is very down to earth, and a workaholic.
He's always busy and stressed, which is why he often lashes out at Hirato and Tsukitachi when they try to meddle with him.
Also, Yogi is deathly(comically) afraid of him,
even the mere mention of his name sends Yogi into a panic. It seems that this fear stems from the fact that Dr.Akari operated on him(Yogi) as a child.
*Annoyed* You're just Feigning politeness![to Hirato]
*Angry yelling* Who do you think you're talking to Tsukitachi?!
*Angry yelling* Compared to Hirato's Feigning politeness you're just plain rude![in thought] I haven't even shown it one ounce of kindness.
There is no problem with the food and ventilation.
The plants in the cage are fresh. But it would feel safer if there was a greater variety of vegetation

Tsukitachi is the captain of the first ship who has a easygoing and carefree personality.
Despite this he can be serious at times and eems to know more than he lets on at first.
He considers Hirato a close friend and often invites him out to party. but almost always gets turned down.
*his usual happy character* Speaking of which, Dr.Akari found a interesting notebook in Niji forest. We should have a tea party, just the three of us, to discuss it. [responding to Hirato who questions him if by "tea" he meant alcohol] Of course! [again replying to Hirato, who scolded him for not calling Akari by his title.] *slightly frustrated* Aaah! Hey, you didn't call him Dr.Akari either!
*hopeful, cheeful* So can you go to Rinoll in my place? Don't make that face! It's like a vacation to the mountains!
It's an easy investigation, you'll just be verifying a few things. *comical*It's not cold....Just... eherm....maybe it is kinda cold.
*cheerful* Every once in a while, it can be quite the reward for the young ones!*serious* Both of you are involved with Varuga, so it may be hard to fulfill your wishes.

A Varuga who collects the eyes of his victims, he's after Nai's red eyes.
