Project Overview
21 years ago, there was a war that almost destroyed the Earth.
21 years have passed and evil has returned. Four Elemental Riders need to be assembled once again to defeat the evil warrior to recieve peace once again.
Can the Riders be able to save the world from evil?
This project is a fan-made Kamen Rider series.
The series will have 40 episodes, ending in May 2018.
I'll need the voice actors to be complete before October 7, 2017. I will make a casting call again for new characters.

Taiki Tsukada is the main character of the series. He succeeds Ryota Katsuei as the 2nd Kamen Rider Lightning. He uses an energetic voice.
"Henshin!"
"And now.. Lightning strikes!"
"You have been hit by Lightning!"
Fujisaki Kimiya is one of the Elemental Kamen Riders who uses his Ice powers to fight his enemies. He uses a serious voice. He helps Taiki Tsukada in his battles.
"Henshin.."
"Form Change!" (A bit of loud voice needed for this.)
"Time for you to go frozen!"
Fujino Jukichi is an elemental rider who only helps Taiki when Skelator or Kamen Rider Darkness is around. He uses a bit of a deep voice and energetic voice when being in a fight.
"Henshin.."
"Prepare to be smashed!"
"Out of my way!"
Ryota Katsuei is the predecessor of Taiki Tsukada. He left his place as Kamen Rider Lighting after the 21 year old war that killed Taiki's mother. Ryota uses a deep voice, but uses an energetic voice in his young years.
"Long time no see.."
"I see you took my place boy!"
"Henshin!"
Honjo Tsukada is Taiki's father. He leads the Elemental Riders on their missions. He uses a normal voice.
"A monster is on the move! Go riders!"
"Taiki.."
"About time you continue it"
Daigo Kiyonori is a rider who spied on Skelator. He uses a normal voice.
"Henshin!"
"Hello there, old friend..!"
"I'm about to burn.. But they'll go to you/you all!"
Skelator is one of the main villains of the series. He is one of Balmar's greatest warriors. He uses a very deep voice.
"Prepare to witness the taste of pain!"
"Ah yes! It's not a dream boys! It's me! The REAL SKELATOR!"
"My rider gave you pain.. But I'LL... GIVE YOU ALL MORE PAIN!"
Takumi Togo is one of Skelator's warriors. He uses a deep voice when in rider form, but uses normal voice in normal form. He sounds a bit like Parado from Ex-Aid.
"Henshin..."
"Darkness has arrived!"
"Get ready for your death!"
Hikaru Kaede is one of the victims of the 21 year old war. She lost a father during that time. She helps Honjo Tsukada in helping the riders. She uses a normal voice.
"A monster's on the move!"
"Riders! Retreat!"
"Eh?!"
