Just Wake Up (SIMS 3 FILM) REOPEN
Project Overview
Hi there! I'm in need of some voice actors for a Sims 3 Machinima movie! It's going to be roughly an hour and forty-five minutes. I originally had these parts casted, but I need to recast due to issues.
Plot: I don’t want to spoil too much, but this machinima is based off Matt Groening's, “Futurama” episode, “Sting.” The plot centralizes on the slowly declining relationship of Sarah and Will Granger, a newly married couple with newly arising problems. Will, unfortunately, dies in a car accident, leaving Sarah a grieving widow. The story’s focus revolves, primarily, on Sarah’s incapability to cope with the death of her husband and all the pain and guilt that came along with the accident. It’s a loving story about the impactful affect one person could be in another’s life and the actions that that affect can make one do, and the significance of willpower, emotional strength, and determination.
Rules and Regulations: All voice actors must have high quality mics. (No background noise, no muffled sound) Low quality mics will not be considered.

The story’s protagonist. Sarah is a loving and caring wife, but like her mother, always preoccupied and has the majority of her days monopolized by her work. (**This character MUST be able to cry and exhibit a large variety of emotion)

If Will's dead then why do I keep seeing him? How is it that every time I go to sleep, he's there...waiting for me? He talks to me, he's trying to reach me somehow! I can't explain it, but I know it's him! It has to be!

(in hysterics and sobbing) I can't, I can't, I can't! Please just stop saying that! I can't! I just can't! Please, just come back! Just...come back!
Sarah’s best friend, whom she seeks comfort from during her depression. Very upbeat and very excited.

Sarah...Sarah...it’s okay. Okay? I know you’re hurting...I am too. Girl, it’s the middle of the night, you haven’t gotten that much sleep -and I guess I’m not gonna get any either- but I think you’re just under a lot of stress. But that’s okay. It’s all part of the game. I’m here for you, Sarah.
**I want this line to sound as natural as an actual conversation with two good friends reminising, which is somewhat difficult if it is actually scripted

As well as being Sarah’s later deceased husband,Will is a very charismatic and, often, comical character. Like Dresden, he always has a joke to say or humorous story to tell. Even from "beyond the grave," in the dreams of Sarah, he still continues to act the way he does.

I actually have something for you Sarah! Come on, I hid it for your in the dresser. I'm surprised you never caught on, you knew I was never good at hiding things. (snickers to self)
