Project Overview

Into the abyss is a short series of stories I'm using as a vehicle to practice my action animation skills. I'd like voice actors willing to voice the characters so that the final product feels a bit more complete.


the project is still in its early, storyboarding stages but with any luck it won't take long.

19 year old Exorcist whose hooked on adventure.  Young, self-absorbed and hardy, Aya's prone to violence and quick to jump to conclusions.

She is trained to be hand-to-hand fighter whose speciality lies in crippling and damaging the life force within her opponent.

Only seeing fighting as a job or survival, Aya is ruthless and unrelenting in a showdown.

aim for a voice similar to Hilary Haag. (satsuki from ghosts stories. the brown haired one.)

Penny is a highly intelligent woman from a planet far away, She has an endlessly optimistic and happy disposition. any time you see her you'll be met with a warm smiling face. she is very happy and bouncy person overall, never letting anything get her down or damper her mood.



As a skilled engineer and researcher she is highly knowledgeable about all things mechanical and she is always excited to learn new things. 


On the other hand, however, her confidence in herself and her knowledge sometimes leads to being blunt and unintentionally condescending with her tone at times.  combined with her unwavering smile she can sometimes come off as arrogant, something she does not deny actually describes her quite well. 




im looking for a medium to high pitch voice. happy and bouncy but still somewhat mature, womanly tone of voice. 

  • "Master Lom! The modifications on your weapon are complete. Now dont do anything stupid with this one, we dont need to waste any more resources just because you dont want to use a sword properly."

  • "Oh you're just grumpy! After you lost to that cleric
    boy, you’ve been sulking up a storm! It’s an adorable but  counterproductive so I’m
    going to have to ask you to stop for now, m’kay?”

Jacqueline is a young girl who lost her memories after being attacked by an injured monster and being turned into one herself as a result. She's rather meek and easily frightened not out of shyness but out of fear of her own monstrous side. Despite this,  Jacqueline is a very kind and caring person and she is easily delighted by an opportunity to do normal things.


Being highly sensitive to external stimuli due to her monstrous half, she hates loud noises and bad smells. As a result she has developed a rather poor habit of not speaking very loudly making it hard to hear her if the rest of the room isnt also quiet. 

id like a medium, medium-high voice pitch with a quiet tone. not a whispery voice, just quiet.

  • "It's been a while... i'm... happy to see you again, aya." 

  • "I see... I'm still just... Not ready yet. It still scares me... that other me..."

  • "I'll be strong...! I won't be afraid, Even if you have his face! Even if you have his power! Lom told me to be strong and not to run just because I'm scared!"
