Alex is usually kind-hearted, energetic, upbeat, and outgoing in her interactions with the Squad members. Some notable instances of this occurred when she interacted with the older Squad members and newer members such as Luca and Levi. Alex is also patient, not scolding her friends' weird antics, instead being weirded out. Unlike her tomboy ex-friend Jade and her happy-go-lucky, airheaded friend Charli, Alex appears to be more feminine. Alex also appears to be somewhat self-centered. In many of her videos, Alex could be seen refusing to do things because it would ruin her looks and she'd even tease the other members at times, calling them nicknames such as "idiots" or "stupid" although she meant no harm. She is also usually the center of attention, getting heaps of praise from most of the other members even when she might not deserve it.

Jade's character is portrayed to be loud, aggressive, and competitive. Jade's rival is Levi and she frequently makes fun of him for being allegedly bald. She has a heart for teasing other members and always jokingly yells at Zach. Jade is also quite violent, slightly tomboyish, confident, humorous, and noisy. Jade is also a big flirt to the point where some fans find it annoying. However, she can come out calm at some times, and in the last few videos that she was most recently in, she shows extreme affection towards Charli.

However, he enjoys joking around about "bartholes" and being Bartman, which he does with Sora in The Barthole Boys. Jaxx can also be quite smart, as he often teams up with Zach in Among Us and is usually smarter than most of the other members. However, Jaxx can have his buttons pushed by the more over dramatic members, such as Jade having her "gut feeling" and Sora re-sparking their rivalry, causing him to lash out. Jaxx is also passionate about his relationship with Sora, as he gets upset when he sees Sora hanging out with Levi. Additionally, he is slightly antagonistic, as he has temporarily tried to overthrow Alex and become the new Squad leader. However, in recent videos, he hasn't been showing any signs of doing so, though this may have been picked up again in their recently begun Roleplay series.

Charli is generally optimistic, cheerful, and energetic. However, she's occasionally viewed by the other members as arrogant because of this. Charli can also have her dark moments and creep the other squad members out with her stalkerish behavior. Despite all of this, Charli is kind and deeply values her friends.

Light is one of the calmest yet chaotic members of The Squad. He tries not to get into drama, and if he does get into it, he tries to stay out of it as much as possible. Light is known to play dumb quite often and is gullible. Due to this, he is often manipulated by the more intelligent members, into either helping them win or revealing himself as the impostor. Despite typically being silly and pleasing to be with, Light is also “brutally” honest, directly telling Charli he doesn’t like her and always trying to get out of ordeals. This is also the reason why he can't defend himself in Among Us well. Additionally, he is creative, making witty remarks despite the situation, also known to act "childish" at times, and also acts a bit arrogant.

Drake is shown to be bold, sometimes silent, smart, and funny. Drake is very cheeky at times.

Sora is enthusiastic, carefree, and passionate. Additionally, he is very flirty, as he always wants to kiss the other members, most notably Zach, Levi or Jaxx, and he can be very sassy and insulting, mostly towards Jade. He is often ignored or misheard by the other Squad members, which he has shown to grow annoyed towards. Sora is additionally somewhat disloyal, as he hits on Levi despite dating Jaxx. He can also be described as childish, as he gives himself childish nicknames such as Dora or Good Little Boy, and the worst thing he ever called Jaxx was "butthead". Despite this, Sora is still well-meaning, as shown when he wanted everyone to stop fighting in some videos.

Luca seems to be very innocent and caring, and is kind to their fellow Squad members, such as calling Sora smart, constantly complimenting the other members, or being the only Squad member that fully respects Charli. Their kindness caused Charli to become close to them, even calling Luca her best friend. They also occasionally show interest in things that society considers "feminine", such as wanting to be a ballerina or a nurse. However, Luca often refers to themself as Satan’s child. They are also constantly running from the cops and even admits to committing murder. However, they only say this for the viewers and has no actual intention of killing anyone in or out of the game
