If Only (The Little Mermaid Broadway Cover)
Project Overview
So I've wanted to do a cover of If Only from The Little Mermaid on Broadway for quite a while, and now that I have a mic, I don't have to worry about having to just sing it with friends and school choir concerts anymore!
I will sing the part of Ariel in it, and if you want to hear me sing as Ariel there is a demo on my profile!
If you need the notes to sing it I have the song book and will gladly send you pictures of the music if you want! c:

He should be able to sing in a tenor range, as Prince Eric does hit some high notes. I would think that he has a smooth voice.
Sing Eric's first part of the song for me!
"What is it about her
That's so wonderfully, impossibly familiar?
Why do I feel dizzy
In a way I've only felt but once before?
How come when she looks at me
It seems like time stops moving
Almost like the way it did that day upon the shore?
But that voice!"
A Jamaican accent is preferable, but not required! If you can hit the notes and read the line well, then I don't mind if you can do the accent or not! If you're not confident with the accent, don't bother with it. I'd rather have a talented singer with no accent than a talented singer with an accent so ridiculous that it takes away from the song.
He has a very high range, so girls could sing for him as well.
(Spoken) Bless ya, child. Tomorrow, the Prince will have his pick of any princess in the land! How can a little mermaid
compete with that?Sing his verse!
"If only I knew how
I'd make him see the light
If only it were up to me
This all would turn out right
And if I only could
I'll tell you what I'd do
I'd simply wave my claw
And make your dreams come true
And wouldn't that surprise you
If you only knew"
Needs to be able to hit lower notes and higher notes I believe.
His verse from the song
"How could she just suddenly
Completely disappear into thin water?
It's been two whole days
And I don't know where she has gone!"
