100 ACRE WOOD Ask Blog
Project Overview
I'm so excited to share this casting call with all of you. As the title may suggest, I am creating a Winnie-the-Pooh centered ask blog for Tumblr! I'm calling it the "Hundred Acre Wood Askblog"!
Now, just because it's based on the cast of Winnie-the-Pooh doesn't mean that its limited exclusively to those characters. I have included several other characters that seemlessly blend in with the colorful cast of characters already existing in the Hundred Acre Woods.

Winnie-the-Pooh is a cute, bubbly bear, and he loves honey! I would love to hear a take similar to either Sterling Holloway or Jim Cummings, but feel free to be creative and do your own take!

Tigger is a one of a kind creature—the only of his kind, as far as we know! His favorite activity is bouncing! As far as voice type, I'd love to hear similar takes to either Paul Winchell or Jim Cummings, but please feel free to give him your own take as well!

Piglet is the wimpy best friend of Winnie-the-Pooh! I'm looking for a voice similar to how John Fiedler and/or Travis Oates approached the role, but like everyone, please feel free to give him your own spin as you like!

Rabbit is a rather grumpy and unfriendly character residing in the Hundred Acre Woods. I'm not opposed to any interpretation of this character, personally. Have fun with this one!

Eeyore is a lonesome creature, constantly homeless and excluded from the other habitants of the Hundred Acre Wood. A slow-paced and deep voice is recommended. Have fun!

As much as I love answering all of your asks, I have to apologize. My living situation isn't the best, and I don't know that it will ever get better. For anyone who cares enough to help me, I'll be setting up a Patreon in the near future. I'm not one to ask much of others, but, I can't think of much else I can do. Any help I get is greatly appreciated.
Owl is the preachy, tale-telling grandpa-like figure for the citizens of the Hundred Acre Wood. Most likely a conservative. Please sound sophisticated and grandfatherly.
Well, in my time, there were no "ask blogs" or "Tumblrs" of any kind. It was a much simpler time... a much simpler time indeed.
Ooh, I have an ask! This is so exciting...! Let me read it aloud! Ahem! "Owl, I am a big fan of your many adventures, but I have a most important question: What gender do you identify as? Signed, twilightterra98" Well, Twilight Terra Ninety-Eight, I'm not sure that it should come as much of a surprise, but I am male! It should not be difficult to distinguish male from female, considering there are only two existing genders. Thank you for your question!
The future is not looking bright at all, oh not at all. The vast majority of asks that I have been receiving all appear to be degenerate in nature. Is this the direction we are headed as a society? Or, rather, is this simply the nature of the internet as a collective? Well, I certainly pray that the world doesn't become as degenerate as what I have witnessed from the time I have spent participating in this ask blog.
Kanga is the loving and overprotective mother of Roo. I'm not opposed to different age ranges for this character, but a motherly tone would suit her beautifully.
Perhaps when you're a smidgen older, you can start an ask blog of your own, Roo.
People are drawing fanart? Of me? Aw, how sweet... I'm sure it's just wonderful! I can't wait to see it...!
Goodness me! This is much too distasteful for my precious Roo to ever see! I'm so sorry, but I will have to delete it...
Roo is the precious son of Kanga, who is super overprotective! He's super energetic and is easily influenced. A very young child voice is recommended, maybe even with a bit of a childish drawl/accent.

Gopher is a resident of the Hundred Acre Wood, introduced by Disney. He wasn't in the original story, and frequently mentions this fact whenever he appears. He also is not a frequent part of the blog, but he might drop in from time to time! Feel free to be creative with is voice, but make sure he has a strong whistle for his esses!
Don't ask me anything—I'm far too busy digging tunnels! Plus, I'm not in the blog, you know!
Christopher Robin Sabat is a voice actor for anime and video games. He has a relatively deep voice, so feel free to keep that in mind when you audition for him!
What's this? An ask from "poohbear9000"? Silly old bear, you didn't have to make an account to ask me anything. Also, please, no "over nine thousand" references, okay? It's not funny. It was never funny.
Sora is the main character in the Kingdom Hearts franchise. He is known to visit the Hundred Acre Wood on occasion. Feel free to have fun and do what you want with this character.
I've never participated in an ask blog before, but I'll try my best! I just hope I don't get any Kingdom Hearts 3 asks...
Please, feel free to incorporate any character you like here. This is a Winnie-the-Pooh themed ask blog, but I would love for other characters to be friends with Pooh and the gang, regardless of association. Be creative and have fun with this one!
