Hour of Eternity - Magic Story Audio Drama
Project Overview
As Wizards of the Coast continues to release their weekly Magic Story updates, it is our goal on the Voice of All podcast to bring these stories to life through audio.
This week's story is actually a collection of vignettes, all men and women of Amonkhet dealing with the effects of their ongoing apocalypse, particularly the coming of the undead army of Eternals. You can check out this week's story here:

Nylah is a young Amonkhetu woman who never put much into faith, as the gods had always been physically present. Now that the world is ending, it is finally dawning on her what it is to believe.
The gods have failed their trial. They deserve their death. [bitter]
We must be tested. Without trial, there can be no honor. Without sacrifice, there can be no glory. Without death, there can be no life. [a prayer litany]
"Now I believe!"
A master of combat who has taken it upon herself to try and hold back the oncoming undead swarm. She knows full well that she will die soon. She is exhausted and slowly falling to fatigue, but she wants to last as long as she can so that as many people as possible can escape to safety.
One more breath. [the mantra she has adopted in this fight to last as long as possible]
I love you, here at the end, whether I know you or not. I love you all.
There must be somewhere safe, yes? There has to be . . .
A young Amonkhetu man desperately in love with Makare [mah-kah-ray]. He lost her in the crowd as people fled the oncoming horde and he is searching for her.
"I will always be with you, Makare."
As long as we are together.
A young Amonkhetu woman, madly in love with Genub. Sadly, this is her only line as a memory.
"I will always be with you, Genub,"
A former champion of the goddess Oketra. With Oketra dead, she swears vengeance and attempts to mete it out.
"I will kill you!"
Oketra, protect me. Give me strength.
A young Amonkhetu man, a gentle giant. He is big and strong, but not very good at fighting. Despite this, he tries to help save a child from the oncoming horde and is dying, calling for help.
"Help . . ."
"Please... please, save the child."
So brave. So clever. I will save you.
