Plot
It has been five years since the accident that left sisters, Iris and India Henderson parentless. Iris dreams about it every night and India has since then moved on. Iris still manages to lead a somewhat normal life with her best friend Scarlett and boyfriend Wyatt. But on the night of India’s band’s first gig, everything changes. After India disappears, Iris finds herself trusting the untrusted and they call themselves the Watchers. (not very vivid but I’m not trying to give away too much)

Important Stuff
I am planning for this series to start up next year around September/October. I know, why so late? Well, it’s because I want to finish all of the episodes of season 1 prior to releasing the whole thing. I feel that this will make it less stressed on my end as a director. That’s enough of that, so let’s get to the characters. XD

Description: Zach is the new kid at the small high school and he’s catching lots of attention from the ladies with his killer looks, especially Scarlett. He might seem like the average jock the outside, but he has different intentions on the inside.

Description: India is Iris’ cool big sister that happens to have her own band with her girlfriend Amy. India is just that rebellious teenager and loves to act out. She rebels to help deal with her parents’ death.

{angry} “Mom and Dad are dead, Iris! Wrap your head around it and just get the fuck over it! They’re not coming back!”

Description: Maddox is the twin brother of Alex and the two of them are as close as can be. After losing their parents in the war, they were all each other had. At least until they were welcomed to the Watchers with open hands. Maddox is a leader and helps make most of the decisions at the Base. He is easy to talk to and makes the most corniest jokes ever. During his free time, he likes to play chess and paint. He is really close to Ryker. He also grows quickly attached to other people’s well beings and is very careless with his life.

{your take} “So have you ever heard of the ‘cookie joke’? You won’t like it because it’s pretty crumby. (Laughs) You get it? Cookies crumble! (laughs but slowly stops) It wasn’t very funny, was it?”

Description: Lena has been living with the Watchers for a few months now in exchange for helping around at their base. She is a human but was born with the ability to see otherworldly creatures. (Only a few people can do this.) Phoenix found her one night badly beaten and took her in like the caring guy that he is. She is very shy and doesn’t really like to talk too much. She barely talks to Phoenix even though he’s constantly talking to her. The Watchers treat her like one of them and she is usually stuck at the base watching Cassiel.
Traits: Quiet, Shy, Reserved, Antisocial

Description: Wyatt is Iris’ nerdy boyfriend. He is an expert at math and basically everything school. He is just very much in love with Iris but also has feelings for her best friend Scarlett.
{disappointed; let down}“I can’t believe I got a B- on the English quiz. I studied all weekend.”

Description: Daemon is the actual definition of evil. He is heartless and feels no remorse for his actions. He is also a little insane. He is in a relationship with Elvira, but he doesn’t love her. He’s just simply using her because of her high position in the Underworld.

“I like to see you writhe in pain. It makes me even more hungry for your fresh blood.”
“Oh Elvira, you know how much I love to see you happy.”
“You really thought that you could kill me, (evil laugh) It won’t be that easy.”

Description: As a child, he was abandoned by his parents and dropped off at the Base for the Watchers. He is quite the quiet boy and is very rude and snappy towards others. He treats Maddox like a big brother and they have a playful relationship. But most of the time, he keeps to himself and loves to play the piano.
Traits: Rude, Snarky, Quiet, Brutally Honest, Serious
{alarmed; surprised; angry} “What are you doing in here?!? Haven’t you ever heard of knocking! My god!!”
{soft mad/ angry} “(scoffs) Who the hell do you think you are?”
{caring; soft} “You’re not coming with us, Cass. If you were to get hurt, I couldn’t live with myself.”

Description: Alexandria is uptight, selfish, and is infatuated with many swear words. She’s an independent woman and she wants to stay that way. And that’s why she is too afraid to fall in love or get close to anyone for that matter. Her only concern is her twin brother, Maddox. She just wants to protect him and she would put her life on the line just for him. In her free time, Alex likes to practice fighting which she has already mastered and make time for the only person besides her brother that she can stand which is Cassiel.
Traits: Hot Headed, Bossy, Leaderlike, Headstrong, Cocky
{bitchy nice tone if you get my drift} “Look Missy, all I ask is for you to stay away from my brother and stay out of my way. If you can do that, I’m sure we won’t have any problems. Can you do that?”
{your take} “You’re not actually going to help her? (pause) Maddox, this.. This girl, she can’t stay here. She could put our people in serious danger. She isn’t our problem.”
{ emotional; vulnerable} “It doesn’t take much, does it? For someone to jump into your life and pick it apart like vultures feasting on a weakened man. I’m broken, past repair and I blame myself. I blame myself for what happened to you, I blame myself for everything that happened since I told you the truth. I never meant for it to go this far. Description: Cassiel is the sweetest girl you would ever meet. She is also one of the few pure angels left on earth after the terrible war that wiped out many of her fellow brothers and sisters. Because of this, she is under watch and almost always kept indoors. And even though she is the oldest of the Watchers, she is treated like the little sister and she secretly hates it. However, being sweet only goes so far. Every good girl has a bad side.

{friendly; sweet} “Don’t mind her, she always has an attitude. I’m Cassiel, but you can call me Cass and this here is Alex.”
{your take} “This isn’t fair. Even though I’m the oldest, you guys all treat me like a child. Let me fight. I just want to help out around here like everyone else.”
{caring} “I know that this is all new to you but don’t be afraid. We don’t want to hurt you and if you ever want to talk, you know where to find me.”

Description: Frankie has been there for Iris and India since their parents’ death. As their aunt, it was her job to step up and take care of them. Although she is not always around because of her busy ‘job’, she does what she can and she really loves the girls more than anything. But she has her own secrets that she isn’t quite ready to share.
Traits: Secretive, Good Sense of Humor, Logical, Charismatic, Fun Loving
{drunk} “Let’s just get this over with already and crown me best aunt of of the universe because I’m a bitch that’s killing it.”
{honest; serious} “I didn’t tell you because I wanted you to live a normal life. It’s what your parents would have wanted.”

Description: Iris has always been her sister India’s cheerleader. She forever supports her in everything she does and wants to be just like her. However, Iris knows that she could never be as cool as her sister. Iris is weird, at least that’s what some like to call her. She’s a huge goofball around her best friend Scarlett and her boyfriend Wyatt, but is quite closed off when it comes to others.

{annoyed} “Lalalalala, Please stop, just stop talking. I do NOT want to hear about your sexcapades nor do I want to share mine.”

Description: Elvira is a demon. She has been for quite a while and has been around for more than a few centuries. She has seen those she loved, killed and die over time causing her to grow cold over the years. Now she is know as one of the most powerful demons of the Underworld and many fear the sound of her name. She is currently in a relationship with Daemon even though she doesn’t quite love him because she’s afraid to fall in love again.
Traits: Sexy, Evil, Persuasive, Demanding, Malicious
“Scarlett, huh? How about we just shorten your name to Scar? You’re so pretty Scar, it’s a shame being pretty won’t keep you alive.”
“Shhhh.. Be quiet. I don’t like my food to scream.”
“I have been around for centuries, little girl. Don’t think that you can outsmart me because you can’t. I’m one step ahead of you, Iris. And I always will be.”

Description: Phoenix is one of the Watchers. He is very kind and caring and is sometimes taken as a soft guy. He rarely loses his temper and keeps his cool often. He is very much in love with Lena but he fears that she doesn’t feel the same.

Description: Scarlett has been the bubbly and girly companion of Iris since the first day of middle school. She is always super positive and cares a lot about her appearance. That includes making sure her makeup and outfits are always on point. She is also a little boy crazy, maybe more than a little. Although, she might seem conceited, she’s far from it. Scarlett is very friendly and welcoming. During her free time, she is cheerleading and organizing the school’s activities as vice president.
Traits: Bubbly, Friendly, Sweet, Strong Willed, Confident
