[Guide Reading] Modding Skyrim: Modder's Edition

Project Overview

Modding Skyrim: Modders Edition

Nonpaying project

MS ME is a guidebook on the basics of creating mods for Skyrim yourself. It covers everything from guidelines when creating your mod to publishing it and beyond. It’s incredibly extensive, while remaining a general guide for all types of mod authors.

It has been quite well receieved, and I'm interested in having a voice actor do an "audiobook" of sorts, for it. Essentially, send me an .mp3 recording of them reading the entire book, which will be used as part of the download. You would get complete credits, recognition, and I would be happy to get you a recommendation with some significant Skyrim modding projects, like Beyond Skyrim, if you want.

The guide is QUITE long. It spans 44 pages, just about.

You will not be expected to revoice it for updates, though that would be great, as no more updates are expected.

A male reader is preferred but I'd be open to a female one as well. The reader would be reading the guide in 1st person, as if they were the writer (me).

A nice, smooth voice is preferred, with a deeper tone. However, like said, I'd be open to other types of voices depending on the auditions sent in.

  • This is Modding Skyrim: Modders Edition. It is a tutorial covering the basics of creating mods for Skyrim, including guidelines when creating your mod, to publishing it, andpost release support. While extensive, it remains a general guide for all types of mod creation. It includes a handy index for quickly jumping to the section or sections that interest you the most. Reading through the whole guide is not necessary, but is highly encouraged.
