Glimpse the Far Side of the Sun - Magic Story Audio Drama
Project Overview
As Wizards of the Coast continues to release their weekly Magic Story updates, it is our goal on the Voice of All podcast to bring these stories to life through audio.
Orazca has been found and ancient beings begin to stir. What plans do they have for our heroes? You can check out this week's story here:

If you're interested in hearing our past works, you can listen to all of them here:

We can also be found on Soundcloud, Stitcher, YouTube, iTunes, and Google Play! We are looking to keep up with the release of Wizards' stories as best as possible and will release our version the second following Friday, so expect to be cast this week and have your lines to me within a few days.
As a general casting note, I do not typically have any voice requirements in mind for characters. I would much rather hear your interpretations and choose from among them.

Many centuries ago, Elenda of Garrano was the custodian of the Immortal Sun in the distant land of Torrezon. When it was taken, she swore a solemn oath to recover it at any cost. Years passed, and in desperation, Elenda sacrificed her own soul for the chance to continue her search—and in so doing, she became the first vampire.
"Orazca has awoken at last."[Quiet, expectant, perhaps excited]
"I left the Church with the knowledge of the ritual to take on my burden, and they used that to become invaders?"[Upset and growing increasingly angry]
"They were meant to search for salvation for us all. I see I must teach them what they forgot."[Still angry, but now resolute.]
On the plane of Ravnica, Azor is remembered as Supreme Judge Azor I, who established the rule of law to maintain peace and balance among the ten guilds of the city-plane, and who authored the original document known as the Guildpact. But Azor was a Planeswalker, and his deeds across the Multiverse include much more than just his work on Ravnica. Numerous ancient civilizations on many different planes have legends of a “lawbringer” figure, often winged and viewed as a god or semidivine being, and those legends can often be traced back to Azor's influence. On Ixalan, though, Azor sacrificed his spark to create the Immortal Sun.
"Who approaches?"[his first words in many centuries. cautious, guarded]
"I am Azor, the Lawbringer. And you will be a prisoner for the third time in your life, gorgon."[Haughty and annoyed with these intruders]
"The fail-safe?!"[Surprised that the living guildpact, part of his plans on another world entirely, is standing before him]
A priest training the young children (mostly eight year olds) of the Sun Empire. He is tired and exasperated with their energy and over-excitement. He clearly cares, but it's tough.
"Huatli, one day you will fight with a blade in your hand and speak with the power of the sun. What is on the far side doesn't matter."[start with a sigh. one of the kids, Huatli, has asked "What's on the far side of the sun?"]
"Name the things you can see. Glorify the things you have done, and don't waste time on the unknown."[Start with a sigh again]
"It means that when you tell stories, you are telling someone's truth. It is your duty to know their experiences, and to share them in such a way that our people will never forget your subject's actions."
