Fullmetal Alchemist Ep 50 "Death" Fandub

Fullmetal Alchemist Ep 50 "Death" Fandub

Project Overview

This fandub is basically 90% finished -- three years in the making believe it or not (lots of redos.) It really just needs a voice for the villian, Dante. Of course, there'll be some mixing things fixed as well in the final version (e.g. Envy's flip line.) Check out the video for the status on its completion (NOTE: for the refrence footage, there will be inherently spoilers since it's the end of the series.)

I run a youtube channel with 22k subscribers and have been doing fandubbing for 7 years or so, so there's not much more that I can offer besides exposure.

You know the drill. At least 44100 hz or 48000 hz is fine. Make sure to have crystal clear quality. No pops, no room noise, no room echo (if possible, but to be honest, there's a ballroom echo in the clip so it should mask it.) Knowing how to record for lip-flaps will help.

If the deadline ends and I'm not happy with any of the auditions/there are no auditions, I'll have to try to scout someone. :)

Thank you all!

Motherly, smooth voice. Medium voice would fit. Also try low voice. That may work as well. Refrain from sounding "breathy."

  • Be careful, now. The only thing inside of him is his urge to feed. I created him to refine the red water. He doesn’t need a mind.

  • Naughty boy. How can you be so selfish? The philosophers stone has been activated.

Do you not realize that using alchemy will trigger the philosophers stone and waste it entirely?

  • Envy was the very first homunculi. Created by Hoenheim almost four hundred years ago. The result of the failed human transmutation of our son who'd died of mercury poisoning.
