Hi everyone!
This is that casting call for part 2 of Chapter 1.

The rules remain the same as the previous casting call;
* Please have a decent microphone.
* Make sure you can scream ... characters both friend and foe will be KO'd at some point ... this is the Final Fantasy Game of Thrones!
* There will be swearing ... I want to keep it to the minimum yet some mild swears are in the original script for some characters and I am allowing swearing in the improvised lines as well though this is by no means a necessity.
* There are anti-religious themes like a lot of Final Fantasy games however this one is pretty heavy so be aware of that.
* Improvisation and collaboration will be highly encouraged to help create some fun within the long battles.
* To make said collaboration easier I would prefer you to have Skype.
Just over 2 weeks to the deadline and I have received some truly wonderful auditions, that you to everyone who has auditioned so far.
To anyone who has not auditioned yet don't give in. I will not make any firm decision until the deadline passes. My choice for Ramza was a last minute audition!
One of the two 'Lions' in this war Duke (and later Prince) Larg tried to seize power through appointment as the 2 year old King's guardian. A calculated man manipulating events behind the scenes. He is friends to the Beoulve family and takes on Dycedarg as his personal assistant.
A calm, mature voice would be great for this role.
The duke doesn't appear very much through the game but his apperances normally coincide with an important event or detail.
<Gentle> Ramza was a great help in rescuing our ally. I know you soldiers are eager to succeed. So were we. You look exactly like the late General Balbanes ... A fine-looking young man.
<Cold> Don't apologize. The plan couldn't be changed after the Marquis was kidnapped in Gallione. Your brother's actions turned the tide for us ... They must accept our demands.
This is a one off role inspired by some of the great auditions I have received for the team members. I feel a made up scene with this master introducing the three new recruits will be an ideal way to bring in the new characters and give us a little insight into each one.
<Friendly> Welcome. What can I do for you today?
<Apologetic> It would be an honor to assist the young lord Beoulve but ... uh ... the Hokuten have already drafted all my experienced soldiers as well as a good proportion of the cadets.
<Improv or the some/all of the following>
Let's see, how about this one? ... no? ... okay what about this fine young lady, I promise you none of my lads can hit harder than she can!!
Very good, now you're going to need a magic user ... he's a bit of a lose cannon but I beg of you to give him a chance!
If the young lord be going on dangerous adventures I cannot recommend enough that you take a healer with you!
A lieutenant under commander Wiegraf, this is the man who kidnapped the Marquis.
He only appears in a single scene. These are all his lines!
<Aggressive but slightly scared> Your revolution can never succeed!! What we need is food and a place to sleep, not ideas! And we need it now!!
<Bolder> And you think you'll do that? I don't think so Wiegraf. Never!

Another lieutenant under command Wiegraf ans another member of the Death Corps we only see during Chapter 1 although Golagros does have a bigger role than Gustav.
<Threatening hiding behind a hostage> Get out of here now! What if something happens to the hostage? And don't do anything funny! There's tons of powder inside the fort! More than enough to blow all of you to hell and back! Got it?? Then, get out!
<Normal> Think. The Death corps lost most of their men and are now surrounded by the Hokuten.
<Incredulous>Would you have us die? Ludicrous! We'll die like dogs!!

Wiegraf was the commander of an army unit called the Dead Men, formed from among the peasants during the Fifty Years' War. Upon returning home Wiegraf's soldiers were denied their pay and abandonded.
This act felt like a betrayal from the nobles prompting Wiegraf to form the Death corps beginning a campaign of ambushes against the remaining nobles and the crown,but he refuses to let the Brigade become common bandits. Wiegraf sees his quest as a righteous battle to free the commoners from the tyranny of the nobility.
I would like a strong but charismatic male voice for this role, although a rough voice could work just as well.
Wiegraf appears a few times throughout chapter 1 and then isn't seen again for a long while.
<Aggressive> Don't lie to me! I know what you did! Where is Gustav? Where!?
<Negotiating> Kidnapping wasn't our goal. We never stoop to such acts. You can have him, if you just let me go ... well?
<Normal> A small stone may only make a small ripple at first, but someday it will be a wave,
<Incredulous> You say you are different? You say you depend on no one? You'll never know the feeling of the 'Meager'! Why do you blame me? You have no right to blame me!

Although the sprite for this character is male I'm opening this role up to ladies as well.
Throughout the adventure certain snippets of data are presented via the pubs in each village. Some of this information can help explain a lot of what is going on therefore I want some of this to be voiced.
This role may be cast to multiple people and you may have either monologues straight from the game or adapted scripts where a member of the main team will be chatting to you.

<Mysterious> Rumors are floating around.
<Normal> Robberies are on the rise in various areas and Gallione is no exception. Now a group of former criminals and mercenaries, called the 'Death Corps', have been making the most trouble for the Hokuten
A swordmaiden of the Death corps and sister to Wiegraf. She has developed a deep hatred for all nobles and is more aggressive towards them than her brother.
I seek a voice that that can reflect Miluda's feelings of hoplessness and loss.
Miluda only appears during Chapter 1
<Resigned> Communication with the main unit's been cut off. It's over. My brother ... his views are too optimistic.
<Outraged> Who do you think you are!? We're not your animals! There's no difference among us other than our families!
