Female voice needed for animated host of online course
Project Overview
I am part of a group of public health researchers developing an online course to prevent tobacco use in college students. We will be pilot-testing the course at several campuses late this spring, and if successful, will be deploying the program to a much larger audience later in the year.
The course is hosted by two animated characters, and we are looking for a voice actor to play the female role.
The part for the character will be approximately 8,000 words. We are looking for someone who can begin immediately and continue recording through the next month as we finish development of the final scripts. A smart, sarcastic, and somewhat crass sophomore college student who is a non-smoker
So, as I was saying, we are going to talk today about tobacco marketing and advertising to college kids, (sarcastically) because we know you are dying to know all about it.
You have also learned that the tobacco industry spends a lot of their resources targeting young adults and women, because they cater to their specific perceived needs, like independence, weight worries, and feeling empowered.
