Female Narrator

Female Narrator

Project Overview

This project is a student film, animatic, for one of my classes. I am doing a project about women's rights and I specifically have chosen to create this film about domestic abuse towards women.

This is why the video must be narrated by a woman.

Rules:

1) Must be female

2) Must have a good quality microphone

3) Must get lines in on time (I am on a very short schedule)

Simply speak in your normal voice. DO NOT put on a voice/accent.

I preferably would like a British accent due to the context of the video, HOWEVER, if you're not British it's fine, proceed then with your normal accent.
Must sound serious and have certain emotion in the opinionated phrases.
I'd also prefer a young adult voice but I am considering a teenage voice depending on how it sounds. Therefore, if you have a younger sounding voice don't hesitate to audition, I am open to hearing anything.

  • (Serious tone)Statistics show that, in the UK, 1 in 3 women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime.

  • (Serious tone - Gradually gain emotion as you continue talking, a kind of frustration)All of these women yet so many afraid to speak out. Afraid because they have been emotionally manipulated, emotionally abused, PHYSICALLY abused. We must reach out to them and we must help them.

  • (Say something here that emotionally affects you involving domestic abuse towards women.)
