This is a Fairytale animation starring 2 characters, a queen, and her brother. It has a Narration covering the whole story, (Think Lord Shens backstory from Kung Fu Panda) I'm looking for a female narrator who can either do a fairytale-like narration voice, a French accent, French language or Japanese
