Fallout: Second Dawn, Final Episodes (Audio Drama, Paid)
Project Overview
- • Quality audio. If issues with your audio (such as background noise or reverb) can't be fixed, I'm sorry, but we can't cast you.
- • Punctuality. You'll need to be able to schedule a direction session (which should take no more than an hour for any of the remaining characters) within a two-week period. Timing is flexible and can be suited to your needs, but if you are unable to respond to messages in a timely manner or sit for direction, you will be given warning and then recast. Once more, in bold: If you can't or won't commit your time to this project, you will be replaced.
- • Communication. This goes hand in hand with punctuality. If you need to reschedule a direction session or otherwise have a problem with time, but are willing to communicate and work it out, everything will be swell. If you don't respond to messages or otherwise make contact impossible, you will be given warning and then recast.
- • Enthusiasm. Okay, now that all the strict stuff is out of the way, I should also remind you that this is for fun! We're trying to have a good time and tell a good story,
- • Skype, Discord, or similar. You'll also need some way to actually have a direction session to record your lines.

I can't really say anything that I haven't said before. The response to the calls for this project has been amazing, and I want to thank each and every one of you for auditioning. I wish I could cast everyone, and I hope to work with you all in the future. Thank you so much again, and I'll see you in the wastes.

Casting slightly delayed
Hey everyone, thanks so much for your wonderful auditions! We're taking a little more time (shouldn't be more than a few days) to cast for this final call; just wanted to let you know that we are indeed working on it. Thanks for your patience! -
Quick fix for Charming
Hey everyone, just realized that Cole Charming was missing the paid amount. The role will be paid ($30), somehow didn't get that in there when I was posting this. (Although, it is on the Pro side, so...who knows?) It's been fixed.
Cole Charming is a fast-talking, silver-tongued Brotherhood scribe. He is, in a word, charming. He's very bright, an accomplished scientist and researcher, and is rarely seen without a smile.
My parents wanted me to be a paladin, but, hey, I'm not so big on guns. Completed my knight training, though. I can take apart an AER9 laser rifle faster than you can say "Pew, pew!" Well, unless you're a particularly fast talker.(introducing himself)
Nail, head, you and a hammer. See, the NCR is big on progress and making everyone a part of them, and — don't tell anyone I said this — the Brotherhood is iffy on progress and hates everybody.(snarky)
Whatever problems we have, the Brotherhood is my life. My family. They don't call them "bonds of steel" for nothing.(serious)
Twenty Shivs is a foul-mouthed, grizzled Rough Rider without much of a filter. He's not evil, exactly, but you wouldn't want to turn your back on him, either.
Haven't heard that name in years. I go by Twenty Shivs now. Nice gun, by the way. Mind pointing it somewhere else?
(greeting)We set up on the road south and stuck up travelers for a few months. Took some odd jobs, got some really good hauls off caravans in Oregon. Blew up one lady's food stores. Good times.(reminiscing)
I always thought it kinda looked like a giant version of one of those energy rifles. You know, the ones with magnets, that go "SCHWING!"(pondering)
Clem is a pirate, and first mate to the captain of the Daughter of Neptune. They are fanatically devoted to their station and not very nice.
You and your companion are to come aboard the Daughter of Neptune peacefully and without incident. Any hostile actions or attempts to escape will be met with the full force of our cannons. Do you understand?(instructing)
Silence! You're lucky we have orders not to kill you, or else you'd both be floating face-down in Puget Sound by now.(threatening)
You will address the captain only as "Captain", "Your Captainness", or "My Lady". Avert your gaze and speak only when spoken to. Do you understand?(both instructing and threatening)
The Brewshack and Associates Robotic Barista is a robotic barista (natch) in Seattle. Their voice module was pretty advanced back before the war, but years of degradation have made B.A.R.B. sound a little more...well, robotic. Somewhere in between a Protectron and an assaultron.
Good evening, valued customer. May I take your order?(greeting)
Please send any and all complaints of copyright infringement to the Brewshack and Associates legal department.(deflecting)
Thank you. That will be twelve. Dollars. And. Twenty. Four. Cents.(charging)
The Brotherhood of Steel are a pseudo-military organization searching for Pre-War technology. They give orders, have conversations about power armor, and do other vaguely professional things. Feel free to improvise.
Hey! Over here. Bring it this way. Anyone seen my helmet? There's a hole in the tent. Set it up behind the radio station. Vertibird incoming!
(Shouts of pain, cheers, grunts, assorted professional yells, whoops, and hollers.)
