Dragon Ball: Saga of Kei
Project Overview

Dragon Ball: Saga of Kei is a non-profit fanfiction series set several hundred years after the events of the 'canon' Dragon Ball timeline.
Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo and the other Z-Fighters have long since passed from the Earth with no intention of returning. Being the world's greatest defender, and with his passion for fighting still ablaze; Goku, using King Kai's abilities spoke to the people of his home world and worked with them to form a plan.
The Earth was precious, which was why Goku refused to leave it abandoned in its keepers absence. He concocted a plan to make the planet's fighters stronger, well aware that one day a threat would inevitably come to pass. His idea was simple and was built upon the one thing he spent his entire life doing: Fighting.
This is how the "Defender of The World" came to be.
A tournament to pit the strongest against the strongest; a battle to hone the power of the newer generations. Several hundred years have passed since its formation.
Our story begins through a new warrior, Kei's insight.

Requirement(s):
1. Decent Microphone: This is fairly obvious. As this is a voiced series, it's very important that what you're saying is audible, clear, crisp and as soothing to the ears as possible. I ask that you refrain from peeking your audio. This is the most important part of any voice actor's performance.
2. Ability to record lines (through Audacity or any program)
3. Access to Skype/Discord and Google Drive: Again, obviously, I need a way to get in contact with you. Skype and Discord are the two best ways to do this. If you are casted, you will be asked to join the Saga of Kei Discord server for the sake of simple communication. Due to the recent update from Skype, file size has been limited to such an extreme that transferring high quality audio is impossible through that application. This is why we use Google Drive.
4. LOVE YOUR ROLE: I am very passionate about this project, and I'm dying to truly bring it to life. That being said, a huge step in actually making that dream come true is your own excitement. Please, ask questions, learn about your characters, do whatever you have to do to become utterly overjoyed with your role.

A gravelly, mysterious desert-dwelling nomad with ties to Saiyan Island and it's inhabitants. A stocky, powerhouse type, though it's hardly reflected in his demeanor. He's light-hearted, despite all he's encountered in over 45 years of life.
"Can’t you at least turn a light on? It’s bad for your eyes."
[disheartened, concerned]: "It’s not good. They’re tightening their hold across the territories. No one has the resources to keep them at bay any longer."
[with a tired smile on his face]: "It’s how we’ve stayed alive this long, no?"
Lively, yet temperamental; Leo is one of a very select few on Earth with knowledge of power beyond that of Saiyans and suped up forms of old. He doesn't have a ton of patience, but those who know him claim that's somehow a strong suit. He's powerful, well versed in the world and its ways, and demands respect after all he's been made to endure.
"If you can't look me in the eye, you don't have the *right* to stand before me."
[commanding, stern, scolding]: "STAND, BOY. You want power?! Earn it!
"Reach within. Find your potential. Make no mistake, if strength doesn't show, I might just *kill you* for *wasting* my time."
Silent, stern and swift are all words that have, at some point, described Sabre the Swordsmen. At no point is the title of 'the greatest' taken lightly, nor was it self-appointed. Sabre is a living legend, and has the skill to back such claims.
"Your speed isn't enough. Not yet."
"There is art to the blade. Those who carelessly attempt imitation will behold it... At *my* hand."
"Faster! Sharper! You can't protect your *own well being* at this pace, let alone those closest to you!"
