Project Overview
DRAGON AGE: THE UNTOLD STORIES BOOK 1 "ORIGINS"
Welcome to my newest project, an audio drama podcast based on the events of Dragon Age games.
Dragon Age: The Untold Stories Book 1 "Origins" tells the story of a nineteen year old Gray Warden Adresin Mahariel trying to stop the Blight and making friends along the way! Book 1 will be divided to 13 or more episodes, so remember that a certain level of commitment is required.
Supporiting characters will appear in at least 4 episodes, while Minor Characters 4 or less (usually 2).
I would prefer for all of my VAs to have discord since our team mostly communicates throught there.

Mentor to Adresin and Alistair. The first human Adresin trusted.
“The Chantry teaches us that it is the hubris of men that brought the darkspawn into our world.”
“I am so sorry…”
“I hereby invoke the Rite of Conscription.”
The main antagonist. Not counting the giant dragon of course.
“Hate doesn’t describe it. I’ve seen painted, masked lords beat an old farmer to death with riding crops. To this day, I don’t know why. Is that hate? I saw good, sensible men fighting armored chevaliers with nothing—no weapons, no armies, not even hope of success—to see the occupation end. Is that hate?”
“Traitors! Which of you stood against the Orlesian emperor when his troops flattened your fields and raped your wives?”
“There is nothing I wouldn’t do for my homeland.”
A young, naive king of Ferelden.
"Allow me to be the first to welcome you to Ostagar. The Wardens will benefit greatly with you in their ranks."
"Our arguments with the Orlesians are a thing of the past, and you will remember who is king!"
"Enough of your conspiracy theories, Loghain! Grey Wardens battle the Blight, no matter where they're from!"
“Can I get you a ladder so you can get off my back?”
“I’m so sorry… I wish it was me…"
“You aren’t worthy to die by my hand… You shemlen scum.”
The Keeper of the dalish clan.
“There are few things in this world more powerful than a promise kept. Remember that.”
“Farewell, da’len.”
“For the Grey Wardens!”
“So there you have it. Now can we move on, and I’ll just pretend you still think I’m some… nobody who was too lucky to die with the rest of the Grey Wardens.”
“Absolutely not! Riordan, this man abandoned our brothers and then blamed us for the deed!”
The Witch of the Wilds. Sarcastic and witty.
“I want you to know that while I may not always prove to be… worthy… of your friendship, I will always value it.”
“Oh, you fear barbarians will swoop down upon you!”
“At least they have chosen freedom over subjugation. Better hardship and danger than slavery.”
Adresin's childhood friend, needed for more then one chapter.
“You can follow me if you want, junst leave the crazy rants behind.”
“Why do shemlen always need to assign ownership to everything?”
“You are the person I would miss the most if something were to happen to you.”
Adresin's childhood friend.
“Is the Keeper sending you back to that cave to look for Tamlen?”
“I wanna go with you!”
The closest thing Adresin has to a mother.
“Your parents would be so proud of you.”
“I suppose you’re old enough…”
A chantry sister, shoe lover and assassin.
“Let me introduce myself. I am Leliana, one of the lay sisters of the chantry here in Lothering.”
“But the shoes! Living with these ridiculous trends was worth it for the shoes!”
“I was framed. Betrayed by someone who I thought I knew and thought I could trust.”
Stern and controlled warrior, with a soft side.
“Why are we stopping?”
“Either you have an enviable memory, or a pitiable life, to know nothing of regret.”
“That would be different. The Qunari would improve your people. The humans have improved nothing.”
A flirty assassin with a foreign accent.
“ Ahhh, I grew up in a place such as this. They say you can never go home again, but for ten silvers an hour you can get pretty close.“
“We… are ridiculously awesome.”
<i>"I am gonna miss you if you... don't come back."</i>
Literally a rock.
“The darkspawn are an evil that must be destroyed, it’s true. Though not as evil as the birds… damnable feathered fiends!”
“Now, let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?”
“Does sound like a delightful place where it comes from. Mages on leashes. What will they think of next?”
Warrior drunken dwarf.
“If you’ve ever heard of me before, it’s probably all been about how I piss ale and murder little boys who look at me wrong. And that’s mostly true…”
“As one of the blighters, I sodding salute you. Let us show them our hearts, and then show them theirs.”
“Shave my back and call me en elf!”
Ferelden's queen. Mature and regal.
“I realize that my... actions at Howe's estate may not have painted me in the best light. For that I apologize, and hope that we can start again."
“I have ruled this nation on Cailan's behalf for many years. I am a great queen, and as beloved by my people as I love them."
She's a minor character in Book 1 and an important character in Book 2. Adresin's childhood friend.
Let the Dread Wolf take you!”
“I let you down, Hawke. Again. I’m so sorry.”
“Oooh, a trick! Very clever.”
