Devil's Disciple- OPEN 2D Animation Project

Alex is the 2-year bestie of the main character, Evelyn, and childhood friend of Gabe. Alex is 16 years old, and considered the "chaotic idiot friend" in the friend group of 3. She comes from an upper middle class family, and at the beginning of the story, she's energetic, goofy, and extroverted. She's into social media, and exudes bright, positive vibes.  However, by the middle of the story, she falls into depression and shuts herself in her house after losing her friend, Evelyn.

Gabe is a cautious, introverted, soft-spoken, and socially-repulsed "soft boi" who acts as the "parent" with the friend group.  He keeps Evelyn and Alex in line (when he can), and he has a crush on Evelyn.  He's great at Uno, and he's there for Alex throughout her depression.  Gabe is Alex's childhood friend, 16 years old, and he is black.

He is the butler of God's big white mansion.  He's on the older side, and fulfills all his duties with grace.

A human male who went to hell when he died.  He works as hell's messenger to Earth, and he jumps in to save people right when they need him.  He's a tad rough around the edges, but he comforts Alex during her depression.  Why does he save people?  Maybe they still have some time left to live... before it's time for Zack to guide their soul to the afterlife.

Draft the overall structure of each episode.  Include a sample of any storyboards you've completed and their final products.  (if you would like inspiration, design a scene with an angel singing sadly to herself with her wings around her- kinda like she's giving herself a hug)

Draft the scenery for this animation project as well as draw the backgrounds for the final animations.  Include 1 samples of a rough drafts and 1 of the final product.  (if you need inspiration, design a dungeon in hell)

Using the storyboards as your guide, you will create the lineart for each animation. Submit a sample animation (just the lineart is fine) or a few works that demonstrate your lineart skill.

Color in the lineart for each animation. Submit a sample aniamtion or 2 works that demonstrate your digital coloring skills.

Develop music to accompany the animations.  Please send a sample of your work, or provide a free-to-use/ no copyright list of music that you think could accompany these 3 scenes: a father-daughter dance at a memorial ball for the wife/mother, an angel + a human falling & being trapped in hell, and a final battle between Heaven + Hell.

Write lyrics for an opening song and an ending song for the series. :)

We are open to any instruments to help develop the opening and ending songs of the series, but piano, synths, and guitar are preferred.

Assemble the final animations, music, and music video into the final product.

Guards who serve the Devil, named Deven.  They eventually fight with the angels in a war.  You will likely say a few lines as an angelic guest, and provide voices for other extras.

Draft the designs of ~15 characters.  Include 2 or 3 samples of character designs you've completed.  (Work will be split between 2 people if possible)

The main character's (Evelyn's) father.  He's more of a modern-day, humanized God with a wife (now deceased) and child.  He works WAY too much in his study, and he's a strict, but gentle father.  A frightening aura (think Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter) fills the air when his daughter is trapped by Deven (the Devil), and a war is waged over her.
