"i mean its possible to rank up but it barely happens. its really only if you train your power so much to the point it gets stronger to be an higher rank. If not then whatever rank you get tested for is your rank forever. (pause) i mean yes people have tried it before but you can end up dying for over using your power so i dont recommend doing it!"
