Doctor Aphra is kinda like a female Indiana Jones... in space. There are a couple of references to Indiana Jones in this issue. Most notably the first line in the audition. Only instead of admiring artifacts, she admires weapons. She's not a good guy either. She aquires killer droids and works willingly for Darth Vader. Be creative! If you get this part, you will be the first person to provide this girl with a voice.
Small minds want to hide beautiful things in storage or a museum... It should be in an armory!
Thank you, Mr. Lord Vader ...Sir? Your majesty? Your illustriousness? Honestly, no idea. I'm a rogue archaeologist, not a protocol droid. Getting the right protocol droid is the reason I was here... How did you find me, anyway?
Uh... I talk when I'm nervous. I make my living reactivating weapons like this pair... and you make me nervous. There's something about tall, dark and able-to-kill-me-guys that make a girl nervous. What do you want from me?
This guy is a Kallidahin. His species is first seen very briefly in Revenge of the Sith. He's the security officer (or something like that) for this facility that Doctor Aphra is breaking into. She's trying to steal a very old personality matrix (basically an ancient droid brain). He attempts to arrest Doctor Aphra but is interrupted by Darth Vader, and you can guess how that ends. Be creative with his voice as this is an original one-time character.
Doctor Aphra! You are an irresponsible and troublesome woman.
I'm unsurprised to find you setting of the alarms. There's a reason why the Triple-Zero matrix has been quarantined for centuries. You should be in prison. Again. And maybe this time it'll stick.
Lord Vader, this is a quarantined world. Treaty clearly state-- (interrupted) Lord Vader! *Stabbed by lightsaber, cries out in pain*

Ok so this is a very very small role. There's only one line, listed above. But if you get this role, you can be the voice of any Clone Wars era battle droids in future comic dubs.
