Dark Souls Fan Comedy Animation- only one line needed!

I'm looking for someone that can do a good approximation of a voice for a dark souls fan animation series I've started posting on youtube. My channel, so you can see what's been done so far (this is the first and so far only episode with any spoken lines, so if you're looking for what's been done so far along those lines there isn't anything):

The character whose voice I need imitated can be seen in this video. I don't need it to be exact, but I can't get anywhere near it myself so I'm hoping someone can do better.

The episode I'm working on is a joke on a political ad, and all I need is "I'm Darkstalker Kaathe, and I approve of this message." (The link above should take you directly to the name's pronunciation)
