Kotoru, Utimate Analyst. She's selectively mute so for most of the game she remains silent. Using a notepad to communicate. But she does start to speak eventually, alas the need of a voice actor. Her voice should be very soft, and high to medium pitched.
(Calmly) the killer covered the knife with a napkin, so thats why there was blood stains on it, but, why did they do that in the first place?
I see, that makes sense, but still, it's...a little gruesome.
(Excited) that is totally a metaphor right! I mean, there is definitely some kind of symbolism in it!
Self explanatory, I'd like him to sound similar to how he does in the original games, but if you want to mix it up slightly It's fine.
