Project Overview
Hey, I'm just a guy with ideas, ambitions and the dream of telling this story. A story heavily inspried by Cyper Punk anime (Ghost In The Shell and Akira) as well as borrowing elements from Shounen anime (Mainly Dragon Ball). This is the script for the first episode so you all know generally what to expect (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1f9OQ-5hI0bXuRtst4gX65IsZ95NQ1_zNEhl1YeEfZAM/edit). Not too much is set in stone in terms of what I'm looking for in potential voice actors and actresses other than giving great performances. What parts and how many parts a person can play is negotiable.

A man who's seen many things in his life and has been under the thumb of the corrupted and vastly powerful Untitied Cities goverment as a policeman for years. He's a tried man who doesn't want to give up on changing the system for the better but has gotten increasingly pessimistic about it as of late but tries not to show it. He really empathizes with those who have issues with the UC.
Then we can go back to our lives and back to complaining how much the Unitied Cities Suck right?
A described workaholic Kyle is acutally a very serious woman who simply intends to get the job done. She enjoys effciency but also loves to make dry sarcastic jokes to those closest to her (like her best friend Kat) in hopes of lighting up her mood and those of her friends.
Have I ever mam?
She's a charasmatic, confident and at times flirtatious women (with men though) who enjoys her job and strives to only improve in time. She does though have many issues with the Unitied Cities and very much empathizes with those who hate the UC. She can also be very kind and friendly to those closest to her (Like her best friend Kyle). She does one day wish to find a good man but tries not to get her hopes up too much.
That Kate of all people should be talking down to the more obident women when she's been pretty much a bitch up until this point.
