The world is in ruin. "Blues" attack relentlessly, destroying all land in their wake. The last hope of survival lies with the military defense forces protection of artificial sea-steads known as Arks, and a mysterious girl.

45 - 60 years old. Commander is seasoned, calculating, ruthless, and unshakably composed. He commands the military movements of the Arks, the last bastions of humanity in this post-apocalyptic world. When he speaks others listen.
Directions: Commander never raises his voice, and never loses his composure. Take your time with the lines. We're looking for a deeper barrel-chested voice. Nice clean diction.
