Chained Souls is an animated serise about:

Akeela, a young Tom-cat, lives in continuous paranoia that he and his sister will be found. For they are Chained Souls, a race of hybrids who are beeing massacured by Souls Switchers. Will they be found and killed, or will they get revenge for their fallen brethren?
