Welcome all! I'm IKG Productions, leader of Team Turnabout and producer of our video series, Ace Attorney: The Shield of Justice! We are reaching out to voice actors on Casting Call Club in order to recast Trucy Wright in The Shield of Justice! We had a voice actor play as Trucy in our show, but they are unfortunately no longer a part of the project. Fortunately, Trucy has only been featured in one published episode of TSoJ. We see this as a great time to give talented members of the Ace Attorney community an opportunity to become a part of one of the best fan projects this series has ever spawned!
We are looking for a dedicated participant who is willing to stick with us patiently and potentially wait for a long time to act their character after the first batch of episodes involving Trucy. Please note that side content with no restrictions placed on canonical stories, such as Asinine Attorney episodes, may open up opportunities for some actors earlier than expected. Voice acting for TSoJ is not a large amount of work, as once a character is introduced in the story and begins to receive lines, the chosen voice actor will be given ample time to get their lines in with breaks between episodes, often by a couple months. The Shield of Justice is a complicated project with a lot of moving parts, but voice acting for the project won't be much work for one person. This is why we value commitment, patience, and communication so much!
IMPORTANT NOTES
-Team Turnabout operates via a Discord server. We require that all dev-team members have a Discord account and check the server frequently.
-Poor microphone quality can significantly hurt the reception of your audition. A Blue Snowball is recommenced as a minimum source of microphone audio quality.
-Multiple takes per audition are perfectly acceptable.
A select number of the most favored auditions will be asked to partake in an interview with me on Discord, and the official casting will be done shortly after, taking the audition and the interview into consideration. We recognize that this is highly unusual, but we deemed it was necessary given difficulties when working with a previous actor. Just want to be transparent!

Trucy Wright is a supporting character in The Shield of Justice. She will be an important character for the remainder of the series, including upcoming episodes, such as Episodes 6 and 7.
Before Apollo came to work for us, Daddy used to come down here to talk to his friends and play cards for fun. Then he’d come home and work on a case or two! (Cheery, informative)
He doesn’t really play the piano so much as he plays with it... If he ever offers to play a song for you just say yes and pop in some earbuds or something. After that, when he asks what you think, pull them out like nothing happened and then just smile away! Easy! (Upbeat, Humorous)
No, no. I was the defendant of the case after that one. I used all of my savings to have him serve as my defense attorney. And then… he saw how dire my financial situation was… and how I had no means of taking care of myself… (You begin by sounding firm in your explanation, but become progressively more sad.)
