Hello friends and welcome to the casting call for the Sims 2 voice over movie, "Blood Drive". Now, I'm not very good at explaining things so please bare with me! :D
(Yes this is a zombie-apocalypse movie.)
Plot:
“After the outbreak, Avery did everything in her power to protect the only thing she had left. But her best wasn’t good enough...and now she will do everything in her power for revenge.”

Now, I’m honestly not that experienced with voiceovers, I have the basic functionality down and just need practice. My filming is mediocre, and my script writing is average at best. But if you guys give me a chance I will make this the best movie I possibly can! :D

P.S. I will be providing links to examples of what I'm looking for in voices for some of the characters. Some of them won't have links and that's okay, it just means I'm not sure what I'm looking for yet.
I would first of all like to thank everyone for auditioning, everyone did a great job but the decitions came down to a few small details.
I don't want anymore to be discouraged that they didn't get a part and hope to see you all auditioning for future projects! :D

Elizabeth is Avery's younger sister. I'd place her age at around 8 or 9. Maybe 10. Most of the time she is very scared of what the world around her has turned into, but when she and her sister find something (ex: a warm place to sleep or food to eat) she gets very excited and bubbly.
Voice: Medium-ish for a child.
I don't want an extremely high-pitched voice but I still want her to sound like a child.
(excited) "Avery, Avery! Look! I found a box of cereal. I mean, we don't have milk but we can still eat it, right?"
(confused) "Why did we hide from them? Aren't we looking for people?"
(Much like Avery, Elizabeth goes through many difficult events, I need to know if you are able to cry and make it believable)

Much like Beverly, Danny dies early on in the movie but does appear several times in flashbacks. He was Avery's boyfriend before the outbreak and dies when a zombie bites his neck. Through the flashbacks he is seen to be a nice guy but also quite shy.
Voice: Medium
(voicemail) "Hey, It's Danny. Sorry I can't get to the phone right now but please leave a message and i'll make sure to get back to you."

Beverly is the mother of Avery and Elizabeth. She perishes early on in the movie but will appear in many flashbacks throughout the movie. She is a very loving mother who cares only for the safety of her children, much like how Avery only cares that Elizabeth is safe.
Voice: Low Pitch
(worried, rushed) "Avery, take Elizabeth upstairs and lock yourselves in your closest and don't come out until I say so, do you understand?"
(concerned, watching the news) "I better call your father and make sure he's alright."

Lucas is a survivor who has been on his own for a long while. He meets Avery when a zombie falls on top of her and Lucas helps out by shooting the zombie. Much like Avery, he likes to do things his way so the two clash heads often.
Voice: Unsure until I get a few auditions
(annoyed) "Look, it was either you and Mr. hansome over there, or just him. Be thankful."
(hesitant) "Avery, I don't think this is a good idea, let's just turn back."
(angry) "Have you had to kill a person yet? Not one of those things, a living, breathing person? *pause* I didn't think so."
I will be needing many extras for this movies. The parts range from News Reporters to Soilders to other Survivors. Feel free to at leave an audition here and more than likely you'll get to be an extra depending on how many people I have auditioning for this section.
If you do get to be an extra I will send you a private message on which role I want you to take and if you accept the role. =^.^=

Avery is the main protagonist in this movie and will be in most, if not all, scenes. She travels with her younger sister, Elizabeth, in search for sanctuary from the zombie infested environment that now surrounded them. She likes to take charge of tough situations and gets rather hot-headed when things don't go according to plan. Her main goal is to find a safe place for her sister and herself to live in.
Voice: Medium/Low Pitch
Examples:
(in tears but stern) "Lizzy...Lizzy listen to me. We have to get out of here, okay? If we stay here, we'll die too."
"We need to look for food above anything else. Go ahead and search the back and shout if you find something. I'll stay here and see if any of this is salvageable."
(Avery goes through several difficult events in the movie so just show me that you can cry and make it believable.)
