First Scene takes place in Joey Drew Studios. This is one part of the Call Center letting bendy choose an option on his phone.
Second scene takes place in the Music Department. This is a second part where the Call Center either has a special or terrible offer as an option.
Third scene takes place at the Safe house. This is when it breaks the 4th wall by making a release date for Chapter 5 as an option.
Fourth and final scene takes place in Bendy's bedroom. Bendy finally gets to type the 4 digits but gets angrier to come all this way. As he gets angry, he throws the phone to the side.
