Emergency Recast /Back-up Voice Actors Needed for a Parody Fandub

I require back-up voice actors who are available to submit lines ASAP
Requirement:

From my duel masters abridged one shot parody.
i need a menacing deep voice ( a deep voice for a young adult dont go too deep on me) he is always plotting for something in an evil tone, until of course exaggerated comic relief scenes are needed, then i need you to improv voice type for him that would fit the comic relief tone/ mood
(i may require you to read some weebshit... i mean japanese sentences)
What if I told you that this long-haired stranger who wears sunglasses and dark outfit and plays children’s card game for living has a kickass ferrari!? [emphasis on “kickass ferrari!” yell it, or say it in a sudective tone or add vibrato to it in a singing tone, whatever is fine]
hmm, a teenager, with pointy hair, that plays children's card games... late for school... on the first episode, he must be the anime protagonist I was assigned to find! I'm still not sure though... there are a lot of other protagonists with the same characteristics as him running around, I must investigate this even further.(menacing tone)
