Hello everyone! This project is simply a fan attempted dub recreation of one of my favourite if not my favourite scene from all of Attack on Titan. At first, I wanted to attempt dubbing Reiner in hopes of seeing my vocal range in this scene, but realised it would be better if all characters actually spoke. The scene is Reiner and Bertholdts betrayal scene in Season 2 Episode 7/8 titled Warrior. All we are going to do is dub over the characters with the dialogue they originally speak with some minor additions such as the inclusion of my own titan sounds for the transformations. The video is ready for dubbing, and i hope we can give a detailed and more emotional performance than the original. All in all this is simply for the passion for the show and that specific scene, so if you'd like to go ahead and join, I'll review all submissions no matter if you've been acting for 1 week or 1 year. Hello everyone and thank you all for your submissions. Its been really fun to listen to all of them, with some being extremely shocking as to how far the talent can go. I have a few picks for the Eren and Bertholdt roles as of now, and will be sending DMs to the actors i had in mind within the coming days, where ill be sendinf a video of the scene without any noise so that they may practice the scene's by adding their voices. To those who are not chosen, i would love for you to try and audition for the Armin or Mikasa roles depending on your gender. They are very brief lines however require a ton of emotion. At this point in the series, Eren is extremely hectic and anxious about the betrayal of Reiner and Bertholdt, who he sees as his 2 older brothers. A discussion happened prior to the scene where the scouts determined possible identity of the Colossal and Armored titans whichbwere reiner and Bertholdt. After all of this, Reiner manages to confirm Erens suspicions by claiming out loud that they were infact the armored and colossal. However, eren attempting to convince himself otherwise decides to be oblivious and pass it on as a joke or result of the battle, however deep down he knows its true. He and the scouts suspicions are unfortunately and ultimately confirmed when reiner has a monologue about his time here, and ultimately the both of them transform after being attacked by Mikasa. Eren is in a state of complete shock and emotion, to where ot drives him to tears. These tears however are soon replaced by anger, as he reminisces about their past and now sees them as traitors and attacks them with upmost rage.
You're just tired, aren't you? Right, Bertholdt? You've been through so much, it's making you crazy. Besides, if you were really the Armored Titan that wants to destroy humanity... ...why would you be asking me this in the first place? What did you think would happen? That I'd nod and say "Sure, let's go"? Come on, let's go.
*crying*, Bertholdt... Reiner... You damn traitors!
*Exaggerated breathes to highlight the shock*
In this scene, Bertholdt sees his friend and accomplice breakdown infront if everyone after losing his sanity in their escapades from within the walls. He feels remorse, regret, fearful, and completely and totally anxious to whats to happen. After reiner declares their true identities, they are attacked by Mikasa who slices Bertholdt's throat, leaving him in tears and anguish, rolling in the floor gasping for breath, before he ultimately transforms.
*attempting to salvage the situation anxiously* Y-Yeah. Reiner's just really tired.
Reiner! Are we doing it?! Now?! Right here?!
*his throat sliced, he is gasping for breath on the floor, crying and screaming*
Very simple lines, Mikasa attempts to kill Reiner and Bertholdt while instructing eren to run, however is pushed off the wall. This role will require some minimal grunting because of the falling and getting pushed.
Eren, Run!
*grunts*
Simply telling eren to run away from the titan transformation explosion while running towards him.
Eren! Get out of there! *while running*
