Aligning Azeroth

Project Overview

Aligning Azeroth, a World of Warcraft Machinima series, is a drama/comedy about a young Warlock named Frank and his adventure across Azeroth. Joining him is the human warrior Jerran, the Undead Hunter Julian, the priestess Mis, and the Death Knight Myliad. Together, they will travel across the world to help those in need, and ultimately, destroy the twisted realm of the Blightmare.
The series has been running since March 2013, and has spawned 2 seasons, a Christmas special, and a few remastered episodes. Each episode usually takes from 2-9 weeks to complete, due to varying factors, such as different video projects on the Lawrencium channel, or near-to-impossible shots that require outside assistance.

Should I need to audition for voice actors for my series, I will hold auditions for the role, which will last for about a week. My expectation for voice actors is to have your lines by the time I'm finished with the project. I will contact you once I begin the project, and I will give you 3 weeks to send me your lines. Should an emergency arise and you're unable to send me the voice lines, I understand, and I will delay the release of the episode until you can send me the lines. However, if you cannot send it to me a month afterwards, then I will remove you from the role and simply find another voice actor. I shouldn't have to wait at least a month for you to send me your lines. Finally, when you send me your lines, I expect at least 3 takes of each line; be sure to follow the directions given in the script!

Captain Johannes Schmidt, or Schmidtty, for short, was once a venerated admiral of the Tirasian Buccaneers - respected among all seafarers. That is, until one day, he paid a terrible price for greed. He is now the Dread Captain of an army of mindless creatures of the Blightmare, and will show no quarter to anyone. Although Schmidtty met his untimely end at the end of season one, we will get to learn of his past and his unaccomplished goals in season two. 

I am looking for someone who can pull off a pirate accent - grimy, gritty, dangerous. Use this voice from Star Fox 64 as reference (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZj01LGS7EY). Please follow my guidelines when auditioning (3 takes each line, good quality mic, etc.) I wish you all the best! :)

Golia (go-lee-ah) is an all-powerful deity, namely the Mystic of Seasons, where whoever holds this power controls Azeroth's elements, weather, etc. She is also the mother of Misaam, Haramar, Illicus, and Riggal, and wife to Marthael. She is stoic, but youthful, for a goddess. What we have in mind for this character is that she talks with an accent, think Tyrande Whisperwind (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_ltY6aZ5kI).

  • That word has no meaning here, you are no son of mine. What I see is a monster; a monster who destroyed our kingdom!

  • You need to run as far away as you can. Your father is about to encapsulate Riggal (Rig-all) and his minions in a time sphere; if you get caught, the temporal energies could tear you apart!
