The Plot
Riley Corbett is the new kid at Harbor View High and is having a little trouble fitting in. While doing some after school chores he comes across Claire Viana; the school’s muse who seems to be perfect in everything that she does. Can she help Riley break out of his shell and overcome his insecurities?

38 years old; She’s your stereotypical overprotective psycho-bitch mom from hell. If Riley’s well being is not on her mind then she’s not breathing. She obviously means well but she’s definitely a big factor into why Riley is the way he is.
(Fast talking.) Did you make any friends? Was anyone mean to you? Are you still finding your classes okay?
(Super proud.) Lasagna is what’s for dinner tonight! Although I didn’t have any tomato paste so I used tuna. I call it LaTuna!
(Guilty.) I’m sorry baby, you’re right. Harbor View kids seem much more well behaved...
18 years old; Matt is your typical sports jock, captain of the basketball team and all that good stuff. He is also Claire’s boyfriend which makes the two of them “The Couple” which Matt doesn't mind one bit as he has deadset plans on marrying Claire right after they graduate highschool. Can't get any cheesier then that.
(Being overly mushy almost poetic.) You give me a boner, not a penis boner, but a boner in my heart, a heart on, an affection erection!
(Stressed/Upset.) It’s too much pressure man, I don’t know what he was thinking…
We should get going. (Awkwardly.) I’d rather not have your dad point an ak-47 at me again…
17 years old; Crazy. Batshit insane and her personality can change at the tip of a hat. She’s the secretary of the school and is driven to nearly insanity with her hatred of “Pissy Faced Peter”; The president of the school. She is always doing her best to prove that she would have been the better vote.
(Cheery/Overly Excited.) I’m Delilah FitzWilliams, Secretary of Harbor View High! My job is to show you around and ensure you get to all of your classes safe and sound!
(Highly irritated/Low.) Because our President, Pissy-Faced Peter, is far too busy with his pissy presidential priorities.
(Peppy.) Oh, well wiping your rear end isn’t in my job description so I guess I’ll see you tomorrow then!
15 years old; Claire’s younger sister. She’s always been seen as the “slacker” of the family but doesn't really seem to care all that much. She’s super supportive and protective of Claire and pretty much acts like the older sibling in their relationship.
(Slightly amused.) I sometimes forget which one of us is the older sister here.
(Grossed out.) Okay, can you guys get a room? I’d like to keep my lunch down.
(Soft/Solemn.) Don’t let what dad says get to you okay? You’re an amazing performer...
*Note* Claire is a heavy singing role so by auditioning for her you must be able to learn new songs and have a strong soprano voice.
17 years old; popular as hell and known as the school's “Angel on Earth”, Claire seems to have a pretty easy life. With the annual Rose Bowl (a music competition that gives school’s a chance to win a 5000 dollar check for their music program) just months away, Claire is dead set on making her school proud and slaying the judges with her voice.

(Super excited.) This will be the first year our school enters and they chose me as their soloist! I’ve never been so excited and honored in my life!
(Soft/Sweet.) You shouldn’t let the fear of judgement stop you from living Riley…
*Note* Riley does sing in this series but it doesn't have to be perfect, however with that said, I’d still like to hear your singing voice.
(Embaressed/Shy.) I’m sorry I-I didn’t mean to eavesdrop…
(Extremely upset/Almost tearful.) It’s nothing but a vicious cycle Claire, no matter what I do, I can’t escape it!
