The Wandering Star
Project Overview
The S.S Asimov is an exploration ship that travels among the
stars, finding strange new planets and making alliances with the native species
of the planets they encounter. On this ship is the main crew. Captain of the
ship, Jane Sinclair, leads her intrepid crew on missions and adventures.

Now, this project will be slow moving as only the first episode is done so far. I need voice actors who are willing to be patient. In return, I will be patient with you.
The requirements for getting the roles are to have 1. Great Mic Quality, 2. No background noise, 3. Emotion, 4. To be able to take these characters and make them your own.
Now, the deadline is rather short, but I will keep this open for longer if I have to. I look forward to working with you.

Captain of the S.S Asimov, she's been doing this for too many years and it shows in her demeanor. Straight to the point and analyzing by nature, she is the only woman in the universe suitable to run this voyage. That doesn't mean she has no heart though, simply that it takes a lot for her to be able to put anything before her job. But this is why she's the boss.

trial run for now. I don’t want another robot attack on my hands, am I
understood?""Good. For now, he will be assisting Buckley in the
infirmary. If he can pass a week without accident, then he will be allowed to
roam around freely. But for now, he will be watched."
Ellison is the gadget loving engineer on the S.S Asimov, Ellison is a smart, slightly clumsy, tech-savvy dork. He is the inventor of A.D.A.M. An Analytics, Defense, Administration, and Maintenance Robot.

"My first invention was called the pantoast. It was a cross
between a toaster and griddle and made pancakes and toast at the same
time. ""I just don’t like the idea of him walking around, blind. What if he accidentally falls on his face or something?"
Sally is the Chief engineer on the S.S Asimov. Full of sass and gumption, she’s the one you don’t call ‘babe’, unless of course you want to get smacked around by a wrench.

"Ok, good, he’s working. See? Told you we didn’t need the visual perception system. "
"We made him to help around the ship! He’s a helper, healer, and protector."
Chief of Security on the S.S Asimov. Rexford is an asshole, or that’s how he seems. Underneath that sharp and snarky tone, Rexford has a bit of a heart. And as Chief of Security, he is always looking out for the safety of the ship.

"Hey I heard- Wait..what the hell is that thing?"
"How about you just shut up? Okay? I've had just enough of this robot bullshit! Tell you what we'll do, we're going to shut it off and then we'll save the ship. All for it, raise your hands. *pause* Great! Let's do it!"
This southern gentleman is the S.S Asimov’s Doctor. Though despite the medical degree he claims to have, he’s not your usual sawbones. Rub him the wrong way, and you might just leave the infirmary minus a few fingers. If you wish to find him, just look for Nurse Rene.

"Now, Chef, luckily the burn wasn’t too bad. But I
suggest letting the numbing solution do its work and go easy on this
hand.""Hey, that don’t sound half too bad. You push me
around, cook and clean for me...I’d have myself a stepford wife!"
Rene is the Head Nurse of the S.S Asimov. Always kind and willing to help, he is a treasure to the crew. Though very calm with others, once with Buckley, he begins to turn into a whole other person.

"I’m back, doc! Got the new bandages you wanted."
"The light went out in the storage room, I ended up
hitting my leg on one of the pipes. It’s fine, probably will bruise
though."
Helmswoman of the S.S Asimov. Briggs is basically what runs the ship, though she’ll modestly deny it. She is always excited to explore new galaxies and planets, and goes where Captain Jane tells her to go. Nerdy and sweet, without Briggs, the whole crew would be lost.

"It seems to hold no signs of debris. And if there is,
it’ll be just a bit, not enough to harm the ship.""Uh..none that I know of Captain. The most I can do is
the database, but if it’s inside the entire ship? I can’t manage that."
The foxy scout of the S.S Asimov. Charlotte loves danger, and is willing to put herself in harm’s way if it means the crew is safe. Charlotte doesn’t take any bullshit, and she’ll tell you the truth to your face. Mess with the crew, and you mess with her.
