999 - 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors Fandub
Project Overview
*SPOILER ALERT*
I've never really been a fan of the 999 series. I thought it was too similar to Danganronpa and I was already a huge fan of Danganronpa. And that is probably because I never actually played 999. I recently bought it for the DS, along with the other two games and I have been hooked. It is very different from Danganronpa, but still feels familiar. And yes, I am aware that 999 came out first. And so, with my newfound love for the series, I'd like to dub it. This page is only for the first game, but I am planning on dubbing the next two as well. For this game, we will be dubbing the Safe Ending, then the True Ending.
P.S.
I encourage VA's to audition for multiple parts. While I may not think you as fit for one role, I may like you for another role you auditioned for. Auditioning for multiple parts raises your chances of getting a part and there is no penalty for auditioning for multiple roles. Just don't audition for the sake of auditioning. If you genuinely don't believe you would enjoy acting as that person or genuinely don't believe that your voice is the right fit, please don't audition. Good luck!

The most pitiful man in the story. There is nobody in this story you'd feel more sorry for than him. I mean, his body is cruelly blown to pieces from the get-go... So because of that no one will really find out much about him. So who was this man? Did he really die? All of the mysteries will be revealed at the end of the story.

Ace is the most dependable. He is always neutral about everything, and takes the lead as soon as he's sure about what needs to be done. He is a gentleman. Kind, peaceful, but at the same time he has an aura of dignity about him that makes him popular among the other members. At one point, he risks his own life to try to save the others. I'm sure if you follow him, there will be no problems.

Ace's real personality, however, is sadistic, merciless, and only cares about himself and his own entertainment. The type of guy who would laugh while watching a seven-year old burn to death.

Very well. I admit that much. I am certainly the CEO of Cradle Pharmaceutical, Gentarou Hongou. So what if I am? I don't know anything about this Nonary Game that supposedly took place 9 years ago. Everything on that scrap of paper is bullshit. Someone is trying to set me up, you see!
I'd like a very deep voice for this character. His voice will be put through a voice altering program anyway, but I'd still like a deeper voice as the base. Zero will also act as the narrator of the game.

Snake is the wisest. Despite his blindness, or perhaps because of it, he has the insight to see through various truths. He is level-headed, calm, rational, and logical. He is also very knowledgeable about a variety of topics and well-versed in various genres. He loves his little sister Clover, and wouldn't hesitate to sacrifice himself if it would save her. Who would have thought we would find him like that...?

She is truly a sincere girl. She's tidy, graceful, refined, and a little too serious. Her level of 'ideal woman' is at a point where they should approve her to be a world heritage site herself. Her heart is delicate and she's very much a crybaby. She hopes for love and peace, and believes that everyone in the world can become friends if they just talked it out. She also believes in Santa Claus...and that Elvis Presley is still alive. And that the other side of the moon is used as a dispatch base for UFOs. She's Junpei's childhood friend.
My intention was to create the world's worst heroine, but how well did that work out? She's pretty bad, but there's still some sense of purity in her, and she's also noble. I guess...you could categorize her as a genius... Her motives are too grand in scale for an ordinary person to ever understand her.

The cutest. Miss Clover, you're so cute! However, her charms can be poisonous fangs for men. She uses her wiles as a weapon, toys with men, and uses them to her liking. She's still in her teens, but she's already emerged as a devilish woman. She's spoiled, selfish, and perverse. She's defiant and bratty. But when it comes to her older brother Snake, she completely dotes on him and will do anything he says.

The most powerful. He is sturdy, both physically and mentally. He's awkward, lacks delicacy, and his words tend to be frank and to the point. Visually he may be intimidating, but he's actually quite nice and rather lenient. He has amnesia and no memory of what happened to him before he woke up. However I will tell you one thing: He is someone who holds the key to unlocking the truth behind a particular incident. If his memory comes back.
