I'm currently the only member on a passionate Indie project. Of all the Make-Your-Choice games that I've seen or played or experienced, It always frustrated me that your choices never REALLY mattered.. Sure in one game you might save a person but the ending comes down to two choices that the saving of that person didn't really change. Telltales walking dead ends the same for everyone, Life is Strange ends the same for everyone, even if it is two choices, but none of your choices really mattered. I've set out to hopefully make a good game where all your choices matter, all your choices change your future. And sure those other games are working to tell a set story, but I want everyone's ending to be unique.
