If it is for audio syncing and/or composing sound effects for a scene in ether a Audio project or video I will not charge anything.
However, if I were to be enrolled to create an entire scene's audio via, footsteps, background sound, ambiance, radio sounds and robot voices then the price rang would be somewhere between $5 - $20 depending on the project.
