I am an active background artist (think "extra") with a few featured spots.
I enjoyed a brief speaking role in a PBS-aired special and in two student projects presented on Vimeo.

My past work has been in local musical theater, as a singer and dancer, and as an
adequate cellist.

I am a former classroom teacher, and teaching sometimes requires the gifts of an entertainer.

This new role seems a natural transition.
