My name is Josh Hodgeson, I'm 25 years old and I'm a Voice Actor, Actor, Singer, Video Editor, Record Producer/Music Composer, Audio Engineer, Writer, Director, Producer, Filmmaker, and general Jack Of All Trades based in Hammond, Louisiana, a small town just outside of New Orleans.

At 9 years old I knew I wanted to act, and was involved in numerous drama clubs in school and in my hometown of Baton Rouge, and was apart of several choirs as a child, which helped me in learning how to sing. In 2008, when I was 14 and still in middle school, I became interested in video editing, and started making AMVs on YouTube, while developing my range as an actor and singer. Around that time period I lived in Chicago for with my grandmother before moving back to Baton Rouge in 2009.

I got my first big break in 2011, when I was still in high school and got into the Motion Picture Development Summer camp at Celtic Media Centre in Baton Rouge, where me and my sister Raquel got to be zombies in a low-budget zombie movie called Town of The Living Dead. From there I appeared in MPD Kids Club, a local kids tv show that aired on WBRL CW21 in Baton Rouge, from 2011 to 2012.

I enrolled in Baton Rouge Community College in 2013, where I worked on several student films and was a vocalist in the Jazz Ensemble,  and appeared as Warden Harden and several minor characters in a 2015 production of Dead Man Walking, graduating in 2016, with an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts.

I moved to Hammond in 2016, to attend Southeastern Louisiana University where I'm currently working on my Bachelor of Arts in Communication, concentrating in Broadcast Production and am a member of the Broadcast Education Association and Pi Delta Epsilon/Society for Collegiate Journalists. The former I appear regularly in short films, skits, and the BEA Entertainment Podcast, as well as newscasts for BEA News.

In January of 2018, I became an On-Air Personality for Southeastern's Own 90.9FM KSLU, Southeastern's student-run radio station, where I also learned audio engineering, and also got my first gigs as a DJ. I left KSLU in May of that year and got a job at Northshore Broadcasting as a Board Operator, where I recently was promoted to Senior Board Operator, and also work as a Promotions Assistant, and occasional do Audio Production for weather forecasts for our Hammond stations.

For The Southeastern Channel, Southeastern's student-run TV station, I have appeared in front of and behind the camera for College Night, an SNL-style show, and Northshore News.

I've also done work for my friend DarkCloudVA, voicing Revchi in a Black Clover fandub, and currently voicing Doctor Starline in an ongoing IDW Sonic The Hedgehog comic dub.

I'm also a Filmmaker, credits to my name include cinematography for The Blues Man, where I also was a supporting actor, and directing a music video for The Beginning of the End  by Klergy & Valerie Broussard as well as a Procrastination PSA, producing a E*TRADE spot, and post production for a Waitr spot.

If you need versatility, I'm your guy.
