In this episode, King Rabbit is sworn in as the new leader of Cactapopo Jungle. He gives a moving speech outlining his manifesto and reinforcing his commitment to fulfil his election promises. His assertion that no animal will be allowed to prey on other animals does not go down well with a few animals. Jackal who is known for unleashing his cruelty against some weaker animals seeks to be given a grace period to adjust to the far-reaching changes introduced by the new king. The king firmly states that no grace would be extended to the animals inclined towards committing social injustices.
