Akira just seems like a normal guy. He is hiding his talent from everyone. But, why? Nothing about his appearance stands out, and he doesn't seem overly intellectual or crafty. He sure is surrounded in mystery, which is why he is the mystery student.
Akira always comes off as overly flirty. He likes to tease girls any chance he gets. However, he would never do this if he knew a girl was uncomfortable. He loves the reactions from people, but doesn't want to come off as a creep. Akira can be serious if it ever comes to that, but on the surface he is a happy guy. He seems naive, but that may just be a persona.
Akira has always had an interest in 'niche' things. Once he found out about Danganronpa, he fell in love. Telling anyone at his school about this would "ruin his masculine reputation", as he says.
Voice
His voice is comparable to Hajime Hinata's. His tone is usually flirtatious and seductive. However, he is in a lot of serious scenes and needs to be able to portray that as well.
"Name's Akira Saeko. *pause* Hmm? Talent? Well... A cutie like you should be able to figure it out!" (Stating)
"Trust me, Sachiko. You look so amazing! Dare I even say, Hot? Hehe~ Cute girls need to stop worrying about things like that." (Very flirtatious)
"But... Bro... imagine all the hot girls there will be! Huehue..." (Drooling)
"You want to know my talent? Nah... you wouldn't like me after you knew what it was. See... I've already grown so close to you... And I'm afraid of messing that up..." (Sad and serious)
