Personality: Hikaru is extremely meek and shy, and stammers constantly. He doubts himself, his talent, and everyone around him except for Chishio, who he basically constantly clings to for some reason. He apologizes basically every two seconds for almost nothing and feels like he doesn’t belong no matter where he is, maybe because everyone always mistakes him for being a girl. He’s almost never seen actually smiling or laughing because he’s so sad and scared of everything.

Voice: Obviously, extremely meek. This voice has to be rather indistinguishable as a guy or girl, because people always think he’s a girl at first, but don’t worry if you sound more manly; the girly thing is mainly based on his looks. A comparison could be Chihiro, but deeper? Maybe??
