Spif Poshnickers is a middle-age uptight, pain in the ass neighbor of the Dogs. He's slightly more rich than everyone else on the block and acts like it. He's condescending, whiny and judgmental. He tends to get into very stupid and pointless arguments with Charlie. He likes to brag and pretend like he's adored by women, when really he's just a momma's boy type.
