An unseen authority figure allied with the Federation Army. Nothing is known about him at this time, but I imagine him being the usual fictional Commander stereotype, willing to crush the enemy at any cost.

Or maybe he volunteers at a soup kitchen, I dunno.

This character is 100% open to interpretation, all that I ask is that he sounds male. Furthermore, his lines should convey a ruthlessness to wipe out the enemy completely, and he should have a confident and authoritative tone that suggests victory is certain. On the whole, though, just have fun with it!
