Lucian is Zalim’s right hand man and the head of the S.I. military forces. He’s an Arian (blonde, blue eyes etc.) and has pretty much any intolerance you could imagine. Doesn’t want his targets dead, but he wants to crush their spirits and prove that anyone can be broken. Looks down on pretty much everyone and thinks he's the boss and quite literally owns someone that isn't officially a higher rank than him. Like, he's got a lot of pent up inner hate and anger he releases in his words and actions towards everyone else. Every word he says has genuine seething hatred behind them.
